The house was perfect! The virws from the house and the dock are amazing, even better then the pictures. The master suite was the nicest we've stayed in. The location of the house was close to many amenities and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We look forward to coming back and staying at this house! I would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect!

I can't say enough about this property. My wife and my two kids stayed here over fall break. The house is in a perfect location, with million dollar views and close to everything you need. What makes it even better is the owners are very communicative and very responsive if you need anything. Book this property, you won't regret it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Hot Springs. We came with another family and we had four teen-aged boys in total. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great, right on the lake, and close to marinas, restaurants and stores to get groceries. It was nice having two king-sized beds in the two upstairs bedrooms, and the boys loved the queen-sized bunk beds downstairs. We cooked a number of meals there, and the kitchen worked well as did the grill outside, which we used twice. We had a couple of questions for the host during our visit, and she was very timely with her responses. It was interesting to learn about the history of the house, dating back to when Lake Hamilton was built. We were glad to find a handout with a brief history. Overall, it was a great experience for us, and we'd definitely stay here again.

The house is exactly like it looks in the pictures and the hosts go above and beyond to make it a cozy stay. We've stayed at quite a few VRBO listings and this has been the best by far. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants which makes it nice for a big family. The view of the lake is beautiful. We did not take advantage of using it but it was peaceful none the less. The space available for our kids to have was perfect and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. The kitchen is very nice and since they label drawers it's easy to access everything. I highly recommend choosing this property even if it's just two of you. You won't regret it.

This was the perfect lakehouse for our family! Stunning views of the lake, ideal dock for kids to jump off of, beautiful kitchen, and space for everyone! As we drove away, my daughter asked "When can we come back?" It melted my heart! We will definitely be back!

The views of the lake were spectacular. The master bedrooms view was a pleasure to wake up to. We all enjoyed the two docks. It was a good place for our annual family vacation with the kids and grandkids. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. The grandkids enjoyed hanging out downstairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs dining area. It is conveniently located to stores while still feeling secluded. Though TVs in each room would be an added bonus as most of our group likes to watch at bedtime. Very easy check in and out. Julie was a pleasure and very responsive.

This property is convenient to everything. It’s beautifully located on the lake and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had the best view for fireworks while sitting on the dock patio and enjoyed coffee there in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. We chartered a pontoon that picked us up at the dock and drove us around on the lake all afternoon. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom has a great view of the lake. Some things to keep in mind: there is a charcoal grill, there are lots of steps to get to the dock and lower patio, and there is an outdoor fireplace that we used one night to make s’mores. The only negative thing I have to say is that when we arrived there were dead gnats and spiders all over the window sills, floor and tables in the living room, kitchen, and indoor eating area along with spider webs. We cleaned it up and then enjoyed our stay.

We loved the fully renovated upstairs while still having some of the vintage aspects of the original house downstairs. This place had all of the amenities you would need and all of the comforts of home.

This home was PERFECT for our vacation! We wanted somewhere that felt secluded but still had a measure of convenience and that’s exactly what we got. View of the lake is great from almost everywhere in the home. Downstairs area was just what we needed to host gameday with the family. Fire pit outside was also great for our late chilly nights. Cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend.

There is no doubt that the photos of the property were professionally done, the house was not quite what I expected from the photos. The exterior of the house was not well kept, I realize we rented in the off season, but the outdoor spaces were dirty and covered in leaves and the exterior of the windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake were dirty and covered in spider webs. Finally the house could really use some more furniture, there were a total of 5 adults in our group and luckily we brought our own folding chairs so we could all comfortably hang out in the same space. With all of that said we had a great time and I think the accommodations are reasonable for the price. It really is an amazing view and location.

This house is big, updated, right on the lake, and right by town. The downstairs area was perfect for our teenager. Primary bedroom / bath / closet is spacious with lake view. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Choose this one: you won’t regret it!

A wonderful place to go for a weekend getaway for the family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids! Perfect for all!! The views were amazing and the cabin was nicely updated and very clean!! We fit in hiking, shopping, golf, and family fun by the fire and lake!

Did a girls trip to Hot Springs. This home was perfect for us. Beautiful lake house with all amenities and cozy beds! Some of my favorite things were just relaxing having coffee on the pier in the mornings watching the sunrise, afternoon cards on the deck and jumping into the lake with my besties! The sunsets were absolutely amazing! This home is only 10 minutes away from bathhouses, National Park and botanical garden with Anthony Chapel. Would definitely recommend staying here with family or friends! Julie was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for the stay!

perfect weekend

Nice property, view of lake and location. We had a family of 9 adults. Property says sleeps 10, but keep in mind, that's close quarters. Not everyone likes to sleep 4 people in a room with 2 full size bunks, then 2 on sofa in room adjacent to bedroom. We knew this going in though, and made do with 1 adult sleeping on sofa in upstairs bedroom. Dining table does fit 9, but very crowded and people on end had knees against bookshelf. Might sound like I'm complaining, but not really, as it was a wonderful place to spend my husband's 75th. birthday. Oh, btw, could use more lighting in the living room.

We had a great time! House was nice. Walk to lake and dock is steep but worth it. Thanks for the fun trip!

The character and uniqueness of this home was one of my favorite things. The views are stunning, and I was honestly sad to leave. It felt like home.

This house had it all. Our group of law school friends went for a weekend and had everything we needed in the house. We ended up loving the house and it’s amenities more than the town of hot springs, so we stayed in the majority of the trip ! We were able to cook several meals with their great kitchen aid appliances and enjoy it at the dining room table overlooking the lake. The living room was perfect for our group as we could all fit on the sectional and watch tv. The beds were comfortable and seemed to be clean. The hostess was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond.
