Great condo! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, perfect location. Lots of extra pillows in closets, but no pillow cases for any of them. It would be nice to have pillow cases for those and more than one bath towel per guest when booking for several days. Very convenient to beach and pool. We loved staying here. Will definitely be booking again!

We have been coming to the King & Prince for decades and loved this condo. The location is great and the three bedroom layout is perfect for a family!

We have a wonderful week in this spacious and beautiful condo! The location is absolutely perfect with the best proximity to the pools and beach. The 3 bedroom layout really allowed us to spread out and be comfortable and the condo is beautifully decorated. Also really great communication with owners who were very sweet and helpful! Hope we get to stay here again!

Easy and quick access to beach/pool which we loved. Easy check in. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. We had some cleanliness issues (dirty floor/used coffee grounds in the coffee pot/stains on dining chair cushions/handprints on walls) which I addressed with the owner and they were very responsive/apologetic. My only recommendation would be for more living room seating and better seals on the shower doors - we had a lot of water leak through onto the floor. Overall we would stay here again though, I would just hope that the cleaning crew does a more thorough job. We stayed at a different condo at the same property last year and the cleaning staff had not put any sheets on the bed and dirty towels were still on the ground. They need to get their act together. As an owner, I would be very irritated. This is a great property overall though with really nice amenities and a perfect location. You have everything you need on property (restaurant/ice cream/pool/beach) so no need to ever get in your car if you don’t want to.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Best location for a family to enjoy the amenities of the King & Prince Resort. Beach access makes trips to the sand light & speedy. Having 2 kids it was the perfect destination for a 5 night stay & we are already looking forward to coming back. Benji & Wanda were more than accessible & ensured we had everything we needed.

Perfectly located - short walk to the beach or pool. Condo is beautiful - recently upgraded and set-up is perfect. Had issues getting some of the bedroom TV’s to work, but we weren’t there to watch TV so no big deal. Would have preferred there be pillow cases on the extra pillows but again no big deal - bought cheap ones at Target. Would definitely book again.

This unit was wonderful, and the perfect home away from home for our family while we enjoyed St. Simons. This is our second year staying at K&P, and Benji's property was fantastic. Very comfortable and well appointed. We will book it again in the future.

Property was very nice and well cared for. Exceptional location

Great property. Very clean, great space, amenities and location. Walk out to the beach. The one complaint is there are no hangers in the closets, which you would expect when spending this kind of money. When you bring a lot of clothes for an extended stay, hangers are a necessity. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

This condo is perfect for friends couples. Each bedroom has own private bath. Awesome location for beach access, patio with great view and lawn for games. Had a wonderful time!! Hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much and didn’t want to leave.

Everything was great. Check in had a few issues. The front desk failed to give us the keys and we went to the condo not knowing how to get in. Finally someone in our group went back to the front desk and they admitted they forgot to give us our packet.

Everything was just as pictured an described in theVRBO add. The three beds and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pools and the beach very much. Also enjoyed sightseeing around the island.

We love the King and Prince Hotel, the activities they offer and the location. This particular unit was completely redone, well stocked and was the perfect unit on the ground floor to walk to the pool and beach. We will be back.

Great location! Updated and clean property. My only complaint (which isn’t really a complaint), no black out curtains for king bedroom. When sunrise occurred, I was up immediately:) Awesome place and will definitely be back. Thanks so much!

This property was beautiful and clean. The location is superb and access to all the resort amenities made it the perfect place for a family stay. There was an error in our reservation on the end of VRBO but the property management company took care of every aspect of it and made sure we were well taken care of. They were in communication with us frequently to let us know what was being done to fix the issue and accommodate us. I was always able to get in touch with them quickly with questions. I highly recommend this unit and Georgia beach rentals.

We rented this 3 bedroom corner unit for a party of 6. Sadly, one couple had to back out. But the unit was perfect for the 4 of us. It is clean, organized and had very comfortable beds. But there was only seating for 4 in the living room (sofa and 2 comfy chairs) unless the dining chairs are used. Nevertheless we would rent it again.

This property was very nice with great access to the beach. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us - 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. I highly recommend this rental!

We love staying at the King and Prince and this condo is perfect! The owners are easy to work with and are very responsive to inquiries. You will not be disappointed staying here. The ground floor location is perfect, everything is decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We can’t wait to come back!
