This is a Great property to stay at. Very clean. We had a lot of fun riding the bicycles and playing/relaxing in the pool. We used the sifting tools to find over 100 sharks teeth at the beaches. Stan and Liz had lots of pool stuff that we used and other game stuff we didn't use. They were easy to communicate with and very helpful to me getting through the booking process. We would stay again and highly recommend this property.

We loved this house. Great little place for a friends’ getaway in a perfect quiet neighborhood The pool was fabulous….warm and clean. And the accessories in the garage were a big plus….bikes, helmets, lawn chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc….we used them all! Thank you!

The home was well appointed with all needed. Close to local beach but spent a lot of time in the car traveling to attractions north of Venice. Pool was lovely with solar cover that was easy to put on/take off. Great water pressure in shower! We enjoyed our stay!

Every good thing you read about Stan and Liz and this excellent rental is true. We needed a puzzle table and chairs ... Stan had them there for us. The heated pool was nicely warm. The house is immaculate and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and within short walking distance of two nature areas, one of which has an active eagles nest. We happily signed up for next year.

We stayed in this property for three nights on our way to a long term rental. We needed to rest up after a long drive and prepare for a visiting grandchildren.
The house is lovely. Very clean, SO nicely decorated, and lacking in nothing you need in the kitchen for meal preparation.
Stan was very quick to respond to all inquiries .
My husband loved the proximity to the beach. A very short drive or bike ride.
The pool is well equipped with floaties and there were lots of chairs for outside use.
Our only minor complaint is that there is not a lot of direct sun in the pool area. It is treed all around and feels a tad closed in.
But overall this property is recommended and communication with the owner/property manager was excellent!

House was in a good location to go to the beach. Nice neighborhood nice and quiet. Some in the party found the pool to be to cold to swim in. The shower water never got hot. It was hot for boys but just kind of hot for the girls. Lots of toys in the garage to play with. This was the first time using the VRBO app i found the check in process to be stressful. Just not knowing how it was done until check in time stressed me out. Overall a nice place to stay

My husband and I extended our stay in FL after a week long cruise. This was the perfect house for us. I had to work virtually and the internet worked great for me. The bicycles were a very nice plus as my husband used one and went on a 30 mile bike ride up to Shamrock Park and then the Legacy Trail. While the temps were cooler than usual, we did pay to heat the pool but still a little chilly to swim. I was able to go in the last day but my husband was able to go in it a couple days. We met Stan, he is across the street and very friendly and responsive. We definitely hope to make it back again.

Very clean, nice floor Polak, great amenities. We loved the kayaks, heated pool and floaties, bikes as well as coolers for fishing & the beach, beach chairs, towels….everything we needed. It was a fantastic stay!

We had a great time swimming and playing in the pool. The backyard is sheltered so that was nice. It was a cooler weekend so my granddaughters really appreciated the heated pool option! We were going to use the kayaks but had so much fun poolside that we never got around to it.

Property was exactly as advertised. House was extremely clean, comfortable, close to the beach and centrally located to any convenience that you would need. They furnish bikes, kayaks and sifters used to hunt for fossilized shark teeth at the nearby beach. The house is in a quiet area.
Stan is extremely responsive to any questions and very helpful.

We had a great stay at Pool Villa by the Beach! The house was very clean and well kept. Quiet location at night which is important although better lighting for the back would have been even better. The pool was wonderful.

The quiet property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as pictured by owners who live across the street. It was tucked into the neighborhood and would have been impossible for me to find without GPS. The kitchen was fully stocked. Additionally, the garage and shed contained a great variety of pool and beach toys.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! The house had all we needed and was less than 10 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach! Stan and Liz made sure we had everything we needed. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hosts were wonderful and right across the street to help us when we had any questions! The neighborhood is nice for bike riding, close enough to town that it's only a short drive but far enough away that it's still peaceful and quiet at the house. Will definitely be coming back and staying again!

Location was good, close to town and several beaches. The kids loved the covered pool area. Very relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. Our vehicle broke down a day after arriving and Host were very accommodating and pointed us in the right direction to get it fixed. Thank you both!

The “Relax Refresh Renew” wall hanging perfectly describes our time at this property! Open, spacious, and perfectly suited to the 2 couples sharing this house. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are at opposite ends providing privacy while maintaining the togetherness of the other living spaces. A sunroom with best pullout couch we’ve ever slept on, chairs, end tables & coffee table. Bicycles, kayaks, coolers, beach chairs and towels, all supplied. A heated swimming pool for refreshing dips. Public beach with bathrooms, picnic tables & foot washing stations. Swimming, walking, beach combing for sharks teeth all only a short 2 miles drive away. Friendly owners were available right across the street with answers to all our questions or needs. Thanks to Stan and Liz for providing this hidden gem for an escape from the snow and cold!

Very clean property! It is nicely decorated and located very close to the beach and has a nature preserve within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool very much. The owners live across the street and Liz was a pleasure to work with.

Wholeheartedly, I would highly recommend the hosts and home to anyone visiting the Venice area. The cleanliness, accommodations, and tranquility were outstanding! The home had everything we needed and so much more. Our trips to the beach were made easy with the beach chairs, shark tooth finders, and perfect sized cooler. We cooked and BBQ'd too while our kiddos had a blast in the pool. We were so close to friends that recently purchased a home in the area too. We felt very safe and the hosts were so welcoming. None of us wanted to go back home. :)

Could not have asked for anything more. Stan and Liz thought ahead and not only staged a clean and comfortable home, but all the recreational equipment you could want for a couple of days at the beach. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect vacation
We found the house very clean and with all the things we needed. The pool was perfect for those days when the sea waves were too high for our kids. The host has been super responsive and helpful. The beach was very close (and has free parking), only few minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Great for Families
We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive and the house was immaculate. It was loaded with everything a family would need. The pool is a huge bonus when you are exhausted but your kids want to keep going. The neighborhood is quiet and close to major beaches. My favorite part of the trip was sneaking out to kayak with my husband and the provided kayaks. I look forward to booking again.
