Clean, modern accommodation in the centre of town

we had a few issues with a broken fan, and non working oven. staff arranged to have this sorted. small issue on day of check out, which was my mistake, but ended up paying a full days charge for check out 2 hours late

struggled with parking permit was in key box not in welcome basket

pub close by was a bit noise in the evenings, if warm hard to hear and relax with tv with windows or balcony door open

Everything was Perfect ! Central with city center and super market Close, just walk 2/5 minutes. In this house You really feel at home with all comforts ! The staff was incredible lovely I don’t have even one thing to complain ! Thanks a lot I hope come Back soon .

The apartment was clean and tidy, for a one bedroom it was very spacious and the location was excellent all in all very charming and great value for a weekend away 😀

The location was excellent for travelling in the area. The apartment was neat, warm and we appreciated the extra touch of the Christmas Tree. A bonus was the parking facility.

The oven was difficult to switch on so a few instructions would have been handy.

A super clean location , very quiet close to all shops, really enjoy my stay, I will come back for sure.

Extraordinary apartment, a very spacious 1 bedroom with absolutely everything we needed for our staying, close to Sainsbury’s, also a lot of shops near by, sparkling cleaning. Definitely I will come back.

As we were preparing to leave, someone opened the door with a key. It was a cleaner stating that we should have left by now. We were given the wrong time for departure. In expressing this to the host, there was no sympathy or apology for the mistake and we have to rush out. As we left, there was a group of cleaners standing outside the door waiting. It was very uncomfortable.

The location was great, very handy for all amenities. The apartment was clean, quiet and airy, and it was nice to sit on the balcony occasionally. Any problems/shortages were sorted out very promptly.

We wished we had been told about the many stairs in advance. Although there was a lift to the floor, we still had to ascend several stairs and then go down again to access the apartment. Once inside we hadn't expected to need to go down 6 or 7 stairs to get to the bedroom. As we are both disabled it did cause a problem occasionally. Also the property would benefit from a mirror in the en suite, in addition to towel rails and a shelf for toiletries. Our biggest problem was when we arrived, we had to park initially on the road, to get the key and enter the apartment to get the parking permit before we could use the allocated space. After leaving the car for just 10 minutes we came back down to find a parking penalty charge on the car. We feel prospective guests should be made aware of the number of stairs involved.

It was a nice and cosy apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. It has even got a balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. The host was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions I had. I can’t recommend this enough and I’d happily stay at this place again if I’m in the area.
