My family, as well as two other families stayed in this home for a cheerleading event in the area. House is very clean and had a lot of accommodations. The master bedroom was perfect for the kids that had to get ready for their day, other bedrooms were very small, but we made it work. The host also allowed us to check out at 12, rather than 10 to accommodate our schedule, which is very nice.

My family came down to celebrate a birthday. Townhouse was spacious enough for 10 adults. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great! Clean and cozy in a perfect location. We all had a nice time creating priceless memories! Thank you!

House is in a great location, easy to get to, was clean, and met our needs perfectly. I would suggest changing the information about the beds though because it's not a twin bunk bed and with having to bring your own sheets, it left us without having proper fitting sheets for the bunk bed.

Property is as described, and is in a great location! Small issue with the cleaning service and cleanliness at check in, but the property manager was very responsive and we figured everything out. Aside from that, enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located to everything and in a quit area. We enjoyed the beach without having to deal with the boardwalk crowds. Tried a couple of the local restaurants and had a great time.

There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 kids under 4. The listing was as described and the house had plenty of kitchen essentials. Close to plenty of places for food and fun! Plenty of parking and the pool is close. The beach was close too! Communication with seller was efficient and check in/out process was easy. We had a blast!

It is a nice house, but I was very disappointed in how small most of the bedrooms were with very little space to be able to put clothes away and out of suitcase. The bedrooms definitely look WAY bigger in online pictures than what they really are. We did not pay for linen services but a couple hand towels in kitchen and bathrooms would have been nice.
The bottom level tends to be overly cold, while the uppermost level tends to get very warm, especially at night.
But overall, it was a nice stay and a quick walk to the beach.

Property was great great location very modern up-to-date got my steps in because there's a lot of steps floor to floor. only minus was that block out curtains in master bedroom could have been a little darker Sunrise blazes right in

For a mom's weekend away we had a wonderful time. The owner is beyond accommodating and quick to respond.

We came to OC for a youth/children’s conference. The house was as listed; however, we were disappointed that the bathroom trash cans had not been emptied and the sinks had not been cleaned.

Nice location and clean house
Nice stay, we enjoyed it.
The drier doesn't work (it doesn't generate heat), so we have to dry our towels and clothes under the sunshine.

Great Stay! Great Location!
We stayed here for my daughter’s 16th birthday with a bunch of friends. The location is amazing…so close to the beach, ice cream, restaurants and mini golf. The description was very accurate. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the host was stellar. I would definitely stay again!

I like that the aircon temperature is good, but, don't like to walk a lot of stairs.

It was good
Overall the property was a good choice. A few things… it is a lot of stairs, the living room area isn’t really designed or set up to entertain a large group (one small couch 2 side chairs) and there was no laundry detergent (and the soap in the shower is watered down, I brought my own) Also I paid for both the laundry and beach bundle but when we got there the beach bundle was not unlocked. I suppose I could’ve called and complained but thankfully we each had a few things we brought with us that we survived the beach. All little things. It was good.

Very nice clean location!
The communication was stellar. The home was well furnished, nice and clean. The location however was the best! A block and a half from the beach and centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. Small maintenance items to be addressed, but the contact was very responsive.

Mid-town OC townhouse
Well-located and nicely maintained OC townhouse. We had a problem with a bedroom light that was quickly fixed. I would return.
