We had a really nice stay. The location was wonderful! The beach is only about 3 blocks away and there is a nice little park that's a short walk away.The property was adequately clean. The beds were comfortable and everything that should be provided, was. The living room is small and has only a couch to sit on but worked fine for my wife and I.

Nice ranch home. Good neighborhood. Close to the beach and downtown.

Convenient location to a nearby park, restaurants, and the beach. House had lots of kitchen amenities… ample supply of dishes, cookware, Keurig coffee maker. Host was very prompt in answering questions. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed from Sunday 6/18 to Saturday morning 6/24. Place was exactly as listed , perfect for our family of 5 and a little dog. Really close to beach , 1.5 blocks easy walk , but if bringing chairs and umbrella , easy ample parking . Just over an hour to NOLA, and 30 -40 min to Biloxi. Pass Christian is perfect as the area is not a tourist trap , and very easy going. Would also suggest trying the boat tours offered in area - we went on a 2.5 Dolphin tour ( saw lost of them) and a 6.5 hr beach tour - both super fun. again area is great , the house is perfect in amenities and location - would highly recommend and hope to come back.

We’ve stayed at this property 3 times and have never been disappointed. The house is clean, location is great, listing is accurate, and property owners are quick to respond to questions. We enjoy Pass Christian and are planning next year’s trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to beach. Enjoyed our time there had everything we needed. Owner was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. We ate at some of the local places. Very nice town and place to stay. Close to New Orleans and Gulfport.. We would stay here again.

This was an absolutely perfect fit for our lil group. Very clean, well stocked and close walk to beach. We will definitely be back. I was great.

This property has become one of my favorites. The walk to the beach is pleasant and so is the neighborhood. Whether you're visiting with friends or family, this property is perfect!

The kitchen was well equipped. Excellent washer and dryer. Strong WiFi signal. Cable TV with a various streaming services, including Netflix. Miles of sandy beach literally a quarter mile down Seal Ave. Scenic Drive is beautiful for walking and cycling. All in all Pass Christian is a peaceful, laid back community. New Orleans is just 70 minutes away.

It was a nice spot away from all the noise. Ao when we were done for our daily activities it was nice to come back and relax!

I’d rate it 5/5. Pros: nice place, clean. It has the basic necessities (salt/pepper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent). It also has a grill, and beach chairs, wagon, and cooler for your beach needs. It was close to beach and a big lot. Only Con is we ran out of trash bags and toilet paper.

Lovely house with bright decor in a great location to explore Coastal Mississippi. Close to great local cuisine suggested by owner and enjoyed by us. Easy travel to Bay St. Louis, Gulfport and Biloxi. Walks around town and to the beach.

Excellent location for enjoying the MS coast; The area was very quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed the house. The little deck off the living room was a morning treat!

The beach house exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and everything we needed was supplied. A short walk to the beach to enjoy sunrise and sunset. And short drives for shopping and dining. I’d definitely book this house again.

Loved our stay here in August 2022 (4 adults + 2 dogs). Owner contacted us a couple of days prior to our arrival with entry info, basic home requirements/expectations and local info. Absolutely no problems with the home or the owner. Home is as advertised in photos. The only difference is there is a Smart TV in the master BR, exactly like the one in the LR, that is not shown in the pics. Beds and pillows were comfy. Lots of added extras included in this rental – kitchen fully stocked with everything except cooking spices, ample kitchen, bath & beach towels/linens, extra fans, baby gates, luggage racks, fully functional charcoal & gas grill, beach wagon & beach chairs. The train tracks are close and trains are frequent but the noise didn’t bother us too much. Warning – the whole property vibrates a little when the trains pass. Neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and we felt safe. There is a streetlight outside the master bedroom which is somewhat bothersome if you like complete darkness when you sleep. The home was clean enough. I am far from a clean freak but I’ve never been in a rental where I felt the cleaning crew did an exceptional job but this one was satisfactory. We didn’t feel like we had to sanitize every surface before putting down our stuff. The cleaning crew could definitely spend some time cleaning under furniture and dusting ceiling fans and baseboards. These items are not likely standard cleaning procedure. Ut should be. Some of the dishes had been put away dirty so we had to wash some before use. (Kind of hard to miss what looks like bacon grease splatters and dried egg on a plate that just came out of the cabinet. Gross!) We were able to bring our 2 medium sized dogs with us to this home. Yard is not fenced but is a good size and the lot next door is also open and empty. We were disappointed to find that dogs are not allowed on Harrison County (Pass Christian, Gulfport) beaches closest to the home. However, the Hancock County beaches (Bay St Louis, Waveland) do allow pets on leash. We enjoyed a couple of afternoons on the public beach in BSL. There is also a public restroom there. Never saw a crowded beach anywhere during our stay. Upper porch is very cute but steamy in August. Area under the house was very pleasant as it gets the breeze off the ocean to the south. Bring a lawn chair or use the provided beach chairs for downstairs use. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We had a great experience. House was great and only a short walk to the beach. The beaches were great and the house had everything we needed to enjoy our beach days. Would recommend this house to everyone we know.

We were beyond pleased with this property! First of all, it was immaculate! It was also cozy and stocked with anything that we could need in the kitchen and laundry room. The location to the beach was a huge plus for us as well. It's about a minute away by car. The owner was easily contacted and responded swiftly when we had a question. I can't wait to visit the area again and enjoy another stay in my new "home away from home."

We enjoyed our second visit to Pass Christian and second stay at this house. Everything is as advertised and we’ll be back.

I rented this property for a trip with a couple of friends. It was perfect! We had a great week!

Perfect! We loved this place. The decor was so beachy and the house was adorable. We felt at home right away. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, they even provided us k-cups for the keurig which was so thoughtful. They have games and cards which we love. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Very very nice house, very clean and up to date! Loved every single thing about this property and the beach is literally 1 minute away if that! They have beach chairs, a wagon, beach umbrellas that you can borrow. They have grills outside to cook out! Will be staying here again!
