This was a perfect property for our family of four (with our 2 adult children). The space worked well for us with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and making lunches to carry to the Grand Canyon. The high top kitchen table would be tough for those with physical disabilities and/or with small children.
Williams was a quaint town close by and provided for some great restaurant options (Historic Brewery) and even a cute ice cream stop (Oh Sweetie). We saw an incredible sunset from the patio. The neighborhood was quiet. The Grand Canyon was about an hour away which was a reasonable drive for us. The property was just as pictured on the VRBO site. It was clean and comfortable. It would have been helpful to have an information book about the area and/or some puzzles/games for adult renters. We ended up donating a puzzle to the house. We would highly recommend this property. It was a great help having a washer and dryer so as not to travel with any dirty clothes. If you're a golfer or have kayaks, the course down the street and the park, are good options for you. Thank you for being all that was advertised!

We stayed at your home May 5, 2024 and unfortunately had to cut our 2 night stay short due to a family emergency. Your home is beautiful, extremely comfortable and we all felt right at home. Thank you and we will keep your home in mind if we are in the area again.

We LOVED this house. It was beautiful! Great split floor plan, comfortable beds, and even a garage to park in! We were soooo happy to have the garage since it was snowing and icy during our stay. There is back porch furniture (it wasn’t shown in the listing) and even a sled to play on in the snow. The house had plenty of pillows, extra blankets, kitchen stuff (even seasonings!), and even a first aid kit on hand just in case. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! PS… the fireplace was cozy too!

Took my 83 year old Mom out of the heat and into some high country for some cool weather. Pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely gorgeous and the owner ensured that every need was met. I will absolutely rent this property again if available. Thank you to all the locals in Williams as well for the hospitality they provided to me and my family.

The house is in a residential area close to the Elephant Rock Golf course. We stayed a couple of nights. The beds were comfy and the linen was of good quality. The yard could use some maintenance as there were weeds in the front and back rocks. Light bulbs are burned out in dining area and master. We stripped the bed as requested and foiling stains on the mattress pad in the guest room. The garbage cans were full in the garage but not sure the schedule of pickup . Adding a lamp in the living room would help at night so you don’t have to use the fan lights. A hair dryer in the guest bath would also be helpful.
All in all, we would stay here again due to the close proximity to the golf course and downtown Williams.

Patio home located near the golf course and Cataract Lake. Home is open concept with comfortable beds and plenty of room. Neighborhood is very safe just like the rest of the community. Michael the owner is available and responsive to any thing you need. Great place to stay in Williams.

My family and I were traveling to The Grand Canyon and Sedona for the week. We had never been to the Grand Canyon and decided to stay in Williams and heading up from there. I found this rental that had good reviews. I really didn’t expect it to be much but it was really cute, well kept and very comfortable for our family. We had a great time at the canyon and very much enjoyed seeing and spending time in the small town of Williams while we were there. There was a Safeway Grocery store where we could stop and get a few things to tide us over and there were also nearby restaurants to eat at. Loved this visit!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful with plenty of room for our family. The host supplied everything you'd need for a comfortable stay and was very responsive and helpful. We brought extra things that we didn't end up needing as they were already in place (like a blow dryer, shampoo). There were plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware and even spices should you need them. The linens were cozy and everything was very clean. If you have a little one there are even card games and candyland in a game cupboard to play with. If this property is available for our next trip I would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

This home is immaculate - very clean, a nice neighborhood and has plenty of room. Kitchen was great with everything we needed to cook.
Williams area downtown was close by and easy access to the freeway as well. I would stay here again!
The only drawback was we had an adult with limited mobility, so they weren't able to use the shower. I thought the Master Shower was a walk in with a door (couldn't really see it well in the photos) rather than a traditional tub/shower combo you had to step over to get in. But other than that, it was fantastic!

Property as listed. Cleanest VRBO ever. Close to everything in town by 5 min. Easy drive to Grand Canyon, Page, Sedona and remote Sycamore Falls. Communication with owner was immediate.
Only recommendation would be to have some family type games and/or cards at the property.

House is spacious and furnished with everything you need. Comfy, plush beds. Big overstuffed couch. Lots of kitchen supplies. Everything worked - the big screen tv, the internet, the heat, the hot water. We came in winter, and our child enjoyed the little snow sled. We loved watching the birds out the back patio. Safe neighborhood. A great place to stay for a train or car ride to the Grand Canyon.

Did a quick trip to take my kids to the polar express and canyon coasters. Great location right off the exit and within 5-10 min from these places. Home is really clean and must appreciated after staying at some other places that weren't up to snuff. I recommend this place. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices, cookware, etc. The beds were comfy and cozy. 5/5

My son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I stayed in this very clean and comfortable vacation house in Williams, AZ. My brother and his wife who live in Flagstaff came over to visit one day. It was a perfect gathering house for a family holiday visit. Nearby Cataract Lake gave us 2 bald eagles flying around. Williams at Christmas time is a colorful light delight. This vacation house was perfect.

Came down to visit the Grand Canyon. With a family of 6 this place provided the space we needed. Found the place just like the listing (& other reviews) described. Beautiful, clean home. Had everything we needed for making meals, getting a good night's sleep and enjoying our time with each other. Definitely recommend.

The only complaint the group had was the television. They are news and sport fans and it is nearly impossible to view up to date news and sports on a streaming TV. I did not look at the TV when renting so it is my fault. The property is beautiful and well kept. The manager gets rights back to you texting. I'm not computer savy so it took me time to sign in to VRBO and view account.

Spent 2 weeks in the Williams area with spouse, father and a couple of friends - this was a perfect location right off the freeway. Downtown Williams is just a few minutes up the road, but Main street can be avoided if wanted. Grand Canyon is an easy 1 hr drive north, half hour to Flagstaff, and Ash Fork & Seligman are close. Lovely neighbors. Propane fueled fire pit and grill accompany backyard chairs. Gas fueled fire place with two large screen TVs for the evening. Really hoping to stay here again when I come back in March.

A very lovely, clean and comfortable home in a great location. The teenage kids love having their own private bedrooms for the trip for sure. The master suite is spacious and love the solar tube light in the bathroom! We enjoyed our stay here with great access to many fun vacation sites in town or within just a bit of drive.
Neighborhood is nice and quiet for walks, bit of a lack of sidewalks in places. Though you can see train tracks are nearby on the map, the noise from the train (when it happens) is really hardly noticeable inside the house and was no bother or disruption at all. AC kept the home nice and comfy. The trash in the garage was a bit stinky because I think some previous trash was already in there for the whole week so it got a bit gross smelling in the garage. My only suggestion would be a garage door opener for the duration of the stay would be a nice convenience to have.

This is a beautiful, well kept home and neighborhood. The home is spacious and comfortable. As a manual wheelchair user, this home worked fairly well for accessibility with some assistance. We enjoyed shopping in Williams, hanging out at the lake and visiting the Grand Canyon.

Simple, Clean, and Easy
The neighborhood was very quiet with mostly older people as neighbors. The town itself is very patriotic and hospitable. Communication was easy and the response was almost immediate. The house was just as described and accurate from the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. (We were looking for aluminum foil and zip lock bags and couldn't find any so if you are wierd like us, bring your own.) The bed was soft at first but once you wake up you are nestled within it, not a bad thing, just a little different from what we are used to. Overall, the price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay here again if we came back into town.
