Everything was wonderful!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept. Centrally located to many of the attractions within the city. We felt at home.

Came up with a bunch of friends for the Ironman 70.3. Everything was as described. Great place! Thanks!!

The property was comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood. Very close to everything we wanted to go to.

The place was great, location was great. there were (2) things that I would suggest 1. have your cleaning company check the pots and pans(they were dirty) 2. put a rug or matt at the bottom of the stairs, my dad missed the last step and fell( he is ok!!)

The house is in the beautiful Mud Island neighborhood close to downtown Memphis. My family enjoyed their stay and had everything they needed. We appreciate the quick communication with the host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen bar and table were well layed out and I’m open to living room. Beds were nice and we enjoyed our stay. Location was handy.

In a great location with easy access to everything downtown Memphis, walking distance to the Mississippi River as well. Great space for a family or even a couples trip plenty of room to relax and hang out together! Only thorn about the house is no patio furniture we would have loved to been able to sit outside!

The location of this property is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint and incredibly inviting. It’s close to everything and offers a fun neighborhood bar/grill (Tug’s). We were very, very happy with the area. The property itself doesn’t live up to the hype. The main level (dining room, kitchen and living room) is nice and appears to have been recently upgraded. The upstairs, on the other hand, desperately needs some TLC and a good deep cleaning. The carpet leaves your feet black, the walls are scuffed and dirty, the baseboards are disgusting, the showers are moldy and the towels are stained. On certain walls there are nails and no pictures. There aren’t enough towels (yes, we looked for extras in all the closets). The light above the master shower doesn’t work. All in all this place could be amazing but it needs a LOT of work before it gets there. They’re charging way too much for a place that’s “just okay” at best. Also, best of luck getting in touch with anyone. We tried getting in touch with the owner to ask about checking in early (we got into town earlier than expected) and called both numbers multiple times (leaving messages) and didn’t get a call back until the following day. We even tried messaging through the VRBO app and never got a response. There are too many other options to settle for a house that’s not better maintained and communication that’s subpar.

We had a great stay here. The kitchen was well stocked. My parents stayed with us and they are elderly so all bedrooms upstairs was a tiny challenge but they made it fine. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the location and the house met our needs.

We were celebrating our youngest son’s U of M graduation. Our older 2 with their fiancés flew into Memphis from NC and WV for the event. We spent a lot of time playing cards and utilized Uber to go downtown for dinner. Harbor town is always our favorite and this house accommodated us all comfortably! Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a wedding downtown Memphis and this house was so close to everything! Even nicer than the pictures showed

This is a Lovely home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The River Walk is a couple of blocks away. An amazing place only minutes from the city. The home is very clean and very well kept! Communication with Chris was very easy. He responded quickly to all our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying here again.
