It has a regular door, not a pocket door or curtain. The bathroom is larger than normal with a separate door that you can enter from outside without having to disrupt the little ones or friends, if needed. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee pot, toaster. Stainless steel appliances. There is a large smart TV and speakers in the ceiling to play the radio, Netflix, Disney, or you can attach your phone to play your own movies or music. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with regular door for added privacy. All linens are washed/sanitized after each use. There is a large automatic, remote controlled, awning with blue LED lights. Also a large outdoor kitchen with a second refrigerator, sink, and grill. Flat, electric griddle included for cooking pancakes on in the mornings. Large 9x18 outside rug Camper comes stocked with: outside grill, cooking utensils, toilet paper, extension cord with three way adapter, water hose, table, and sewer hook up lines. Some chairs and folding table also included as well as some basic spices and additional supplies. The camper comes stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows and cases for four beds. There are additional linens, pillows and blankets for the fold out couch and drop down kitchen table, if needed. (Included) Bathroom stocked with clean towels and washcloths with additional linens stored in closet. (Included) ** The above items are provided at NO CHARGE and are included in the price.** Minimum Towing Requirements: 7-Pin connector required for tow hookup. This camper also needs a 2 5/16" ball. Vehicle capable of pulling a minimum of 8500 lbs. Trailer has installed electronic break system. Tow vehicle must have installed electronic breaking control system. *No trailering camper out of Florida. •Delivery and pickup available for an additional fee. Most check-in times range from 1 to 3 pm and that is want we shoot for. On occasion there may be times when we cannot deliver right at check-in, due to unforseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts. Thank you. •Generator is available and is priced per day at $35 a day or $150 a week. Propane that is not refilled will be charged at $35 each tank. Delivery time is between 1-3pm Pickup time is 11am. These times are adjustable if agreed upon initially.
