The facility with regard to how it was structurally positioned on its property with guest rooms an unexpected disappointment at first. Having noted to have a quieter area of the lodging to sleep "if possible." On the second floor... We had a room reserved next to a roof landing level with our window looking out over a parking lot surrounding a Sheetz convenience store. After settling into our 2nd floor room for aliitle while we heard then felt what we thought was an "AC unit" going on and off in short intermittent bursts loudly and vibrating our window pane. This was a landing in close proximity to our room's location. An odd construction we thought. Then we informed the lodging's front desk at that point we couldn't remain in that room to get any real sleep comfortably. My husband has insomnia and needed to change that room to another. We try to give conditions a chance to be acceptable when staying places. The young man at the front desk accommodated our wishes to the letter! Another room to the far side of this landing. The unit installed on that roof was explained to us as a filtering system to take care of the interior building air being cleaned due to work being done inside their facility producing fumes. A recent install of this equipment.

OMG that breakfast was absolutely AMAZING… on Sat my honey made me go to a diner and we missed it but on Sunday we went and it was the absolute best meal of our trip! we went to some fancy restaurants but i loved the hotel breakfast! all u can eat… fresh cut fruit… pancakes with so many toppings.. i had coconut walnut pancakes WOW so delicious… my honey took the eggs/bacon route… on sat they had omelettes and sausage which we missed! never stay there and not enjoy their breakfast… best breakfast i have had in a long time! THANK YOU

the bathroom door… it was frosted so if u turned light on in bathroom during night it lit up the bedroom

The breakfast was amazing, the staff so friendly, kept everything sticked.

We had to change rooms due to the mattress being dirty...it had a big stain and the mattress cover had some of the stain on it as well. The staff member helped us but was not happy with us at first.

It was clean

The tub didn’t drain and the next morning a staff member just walked into our room. Saying we were in his list to clean. Still had a couple hours before checkout. He was just standing there with the door open waiting for us to leave. My husband had to ask him to leave and shut the door. Reported it to the front desk. Sure nothing will happen.
