My room was not cleaned and stocked but upgraded

We tried to check-in around 2:00 PM, however one of out two rooms were not ready. Also, we had reserved adjoining rooms but the two rooms were close together, but not adjoining (we had our two teenage granddaughters with us). The front desk found two adjourning rooms and we came back at 5:00 PM to finish checking-in. All went well from then on during iur stay.

The location was great. Traveling through 15S made this a convenient stop over on my way to Florida.

Friendly staff. Had an issue with our room initially, but the manager upgraded us to the next level room for our second night, so all good.

Everything was really nice. I stayed two nights. They did not clean my room. I came in later in the evening about 1700 the bed was not made, my towels were still on the side of the tube. I have stayed at many hotels for my work for 10 years being on the toad 42 weeks a year and this was not what I was used to. But again very nice property.

It was peaceful at night. The staff were always smiling and polite. They took care of me when my luggage didn’t arrive with the bare essentials. The area is perfect when going from town to town. I will continue going there whenever I’m in the Fredrick area.

I originally picked this hotel because of questionable reviews of surrounding hotels and this was the only one not showing low stars. I am picky about hotels and this one by far was one of the best I have stayed at. It was very clean throughout the entire hotel and rooms. The staff was friendly and we had zero issues the entire weekend. The breakfast each day looked and tasted fresh and the food prep area and machines were clean. I absolutely would recommend this hotel if you are in the Frederick MD area and need a clean safe place to stay.

Website says they have a hot tub, but they do not. Other than that, the stay was good.

Property was clean however someone was smoking a large quantity of marijuana on the elevator and on the floor near my room. I would expect this at a Motel not The Hampton Inn.

Hotel is good ... but its in a Corporate Park of buildings

Room needs to be aired out it smelt like a locker room. Carpet feels disgusting. Other than that stay wasn’t bad. Hotel is pretty clean, breakfast wasn’t bad except they may want to second guess their choice of sausages. My 13 year old hurt her arm taking something out of the microwave and I went to the front desk to try to ask for a first aid kit, but the lady at the desk was busy talking to another guest and never acknowledged me in the time I was there. I left with my 3 year old and walked to cvs and back, in the time it took me to all there and back with a toddler the lady was STILL talking.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at in Frederick, MD. We often travel to see our daughter who lives and works in the area, and it is good to have such a nice place to stay near her while we visit. An added bonus is the wonderful people who are on the staff. They are warm welcoming and helpful when any thing is needed.

Was given the wrong room initially, the accessible room we retained was not available and we were moved to a room the correct size but lacking the accessible shower we believe we reserved. The breakfast was broken down early on day 1 so we were not able to eat even though we were in the dining area 15 minutes before breakfast ending. The hotel has let their alcohol license lap so we were unable to get drinks from the lobby as advertised was available. The room was decently cleaned when we arrived and the staff was polite. The internet did not work at all on night 3 and I was unable to complete my work as needed so I turned in a scheduled contract about 14 hours late. May return but will definitely be considering other option first. Not our first time there but definitely our worst experience. Feel like I overpaid for subpar experience.
