I would stay here again!! Everyone in the group loved it. Comfy beds and pillows, very clean, perfect location with easy walking to Main Street, lots of parking, well stocked kitchen, newly renovated. The only thing that could possibly be better (and wasn’t exactly bad to begin with) would be if there was a keypad for the front door instead of having to pick up keys on Main Street. But even then, pick up was fast and easy. A wonderful place to stay!

We knew we wanted to walk to Main St, the National Museum of the Pacific War, the Marktplatz, and restaurants. We checked in after hours by easily grabbing the key from the management lock box a couple of miles away on Main St. The home was warm and welcoming with a couple of simply decorated Christmas trees. While we didn’t use the kitchen to cook during our short stay, we used the coffee pot and ample selection of mugs. The home itself is two bedrooms with a bath on one side of the living area and the primary suite on the opposite side. The home has been completely refreshed and is spotless from A to Z. The weather wasn’t too friendly for using the back yard, so we didn’t spend any time out there. There is a plenty of space but as a corner lot, it is open to the side without much screening. I didn’t see any place for outdoor games or fire pit. That would be the only area which could be improved upon in this comfortable house two blocks off Main.

We loved the location of this rental. It was super cute and decorated for the holidays. It was very clean and perfect for a girls getaway! I would highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg this past weekend. We would highly recommend Anchorage House to anyone staying in the area. It is well furnished and stocked with all the necessities. Good A/C, comfortable beds and plenty of space.

This house was close to Main Street and very nice with all that we could have asked for. Only thing we wish we had was a fire pit or heater outside in the cute backyard and perhaps some sort of shade covering for the day time so we could have better enjoyed the backyard.

Three dear friends joined me to celebrate my 75th birthday. The Anchorage Haus was perfect for the four of us. We were very impressed with how clean everything was. My only recommendation would be to provide a single serve coffee maker as some of us had different coffee needs (decaf vs regular coffee). We would definitely stay here again.

.This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for my sisters birthday weekend. The property was clean, and close enough to Main Street we could walk to most places we wanted to go. We would stay here again!
