This property is amazing! The facility itself is top tier, very new and sleek. The rooms were great, so well furnished and very comfortable too. Also, the pool and gym facilities were excellent. The location can't be beat if you want to stay somewhere central and safe in LA with close proximity to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. AKA did not disappoint. So glad we ended up staying here!

We rented a car and the parking situation was a little hectic. It would get busy sometimes, but the parking attendants always did the best they can to help. Some of the male front desk staff members had bad attitude, but nothing major.

The location and parking wad ideal and make my experience pleasant.

I booked well in advance and requested to get the highest floor possible and contacted the hotel multiple times but got the exact opposite, the lowest floor possible, upon following up I was promised to have the room changed without any luck. When contacting the front desk, they made me feel I was too demanding and unreasonable.

Great location in west Hollywood few minutes from Beverely center. However, the street is noisy at night with traffic. The staff are cooperative and helpful. However, the valet person noticed my car got accident by another car and he did not do anything!!! He was frozen their and so passive.

The noise heard in the apartment from the street. The curtain of the living room was not functional many times. They charged me 500$ for accidentals though they told me it is just an authorization in the card. I tried to communicate by email with the front desk but no body replied yet!!! No resturant in the hotel to serve breakfast in the morning. The pool is small and shallow.
