Didn’t like anything about the hotel

The room, the door to the backporch has no lock. The safe is small and is key(not code), which can possibly be opened by any sharp object. There are small ant traveling from the bathroom to the room. The staff are not being helpful . Security is lapse

The A.C. in my was not cooling. Rm. 21. That salt water taste from the shower.

Easiest review I've ever had to write. Nothing but great things to say about this place.the ground floor room I got was simply magical, excellent facilities, a balcony ñ, easy access to and from property.. discreet and respectful staff, Easy as silk check in and out service. All in all possibly the best hotel in the sue. Also walking distance from all the action on Pedro clisante and best breakfast spot on the island (bailees). Stop reading and just book the spot!

Only downside was that I couldn't stay there forever

All the workers are very cool, good people and make you feel at home.

Water pressure in the Shower or the lack there of!!!

Staff was friendly, although they barely speak English. They also agreed to move us into a better room, as the one they offered us initially was just horrible.

The windows cannot be completely shut and you can hear loud music and motorcycles until 3 AM. The place is not very clean. Rusty faucets, dirty bath tubs, hair on the sheets. The running water is as salty as the sea.

We liked the location, because it’s not too far from the beaches and restaurants

Most of the hotel staff we encountered were very nice, but the lady that was at the front desk when we arrived didn’t even say hello, or say any greeting, it was like a chore for her.; very bad first impression. We rented 2 rooms 20 & 21, room 20 has good AC and good shower very noisy at night and during the day even with the AC on; on the other hand, room 21 has a bad AC and the shower wand was spilling water all over, you have to be a magician to take a shower in that room. Just a little bit of soap was given for 2 adults, we brought our own soap.

Well the staff is really kind and really nice there is totally nothing to say about this. From the bar tender to the security guard Mario who even took the time to present himself I really enjoyed my time with them around they are really nice I will totally go back just because of them. The breakfast is also amazing there, totally worth it for decent price. The place is guest friendly and they make sure it's secure by taking ID from people coming from outside. Will totally go again, good experience.

It's in the heart of Sosua and just beside Casa Marina, Wich I totally understand so there is noise untill 10/11 pm but hey, if you want something quiet you have to go to a place who's not in downtown. I did ask for a room far from the street and they did give me a room far from the street but it still noisy, anyway. Could need a bit of improvement in the bathroom, refresh paint of the room etc, but I've seen worse.
