great host, nice house with parking, comfortable rooms. everything is good. it would be 10/10 if there were air-con in the room.

Since the car navigation didn't seem to be able to take us to the manor, the pedestrians on the road were very amicable help us guide the way. In fact, the people who live in Valensole are very friendly; In the very beginning we just wanted an accommodation near the lavender fields, but This place has greatly exceeded our expectations. The lavender fields looking out from the top of the mountain and the window of the room, the wisteria flowers climbing on the railings, the greedy Mahina and the mysterious little black cat are so lingering; Not only the nearby lavender fields, but the manor itself is well worth taking the time to explore，we plan to stay longer here next time.

The owners were great. We especially enjoyed chatting to Sébastien. The breakfast was good and the coffee very good (above average for France).

No means of cooling the room (eg. fan, air conditioning). Had to leave balcony door open.

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my time there. The owners are really nice and joyful. I recommended this place 100%. Don’t miss their cheese plate it is DELICIOUS 😋

Beautiful property in a peaceful setting. Superb hospitality. Great Breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed by Brigitte and their dog. Cycles were stored under cover near the front door which was very safe. Our room was large and had a very comfortable bed, the bathroom/toilet being across the corridor. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Very quiet at night. We were able to use the breakfast room to eat the food we had bought earlier in the day.....and Brigitte was happy to warm anything up that we needed. We could use the plates, cups and cutlery which they collected later! There is a, heated, under cover swimming pool and a table tennis table! Extensive grounds that you are free to walk around....meet the chickens, admire the view (seating) Nice breakfast in the morning with breads, yoghurt, cereals, ham, cheese and some homemade jams and honey. A lovely couple and a great home to share.

Would have liked a tumbler in the bathroom/bedroom (for that late night drink of water/pill taking) A kettle in the breakfast room would also be a handy addition.

A charming bed and breakfast with such kind hosts- cute town + perfectly located if you’d like to see lavender (when it’s in bloom)

The staff was helpful, and the location is easy to drive to the lavender field, and parking is easy at the compund.

The staff did not give a clear address, it was not easy to find by GBS or Google Maps. The sleeping rooms are separated from bathrooms and toilets, we did not receive the information before we completed the booking. the cold dinner was not so nice but with a relatively higher price.

Nice big bed. Very quiet situation of the house in a big park. Own private terrasse. Nice breakfast. Nice and helpful host couple.

Toilet and bath was only separated from the bed by half a wall. Property 2,5 km away from the village of Valensole, too far to walk after dinner.

Bathroom wasn't inside the room. It was only for us but still external and we didn't know it before! The basin was dirty. There was common terrace from which other hosts could see to our room because there was only transparent curtains. So there wasn't too much privacy. Breakfast wasn't so various, but for one night stand it was ok.

I loved being so separate from the bustle of cities. The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and kind, excellent breakfast.

It is quite a remote area so having your own transportation is necessary, and the gravel road coming in is a little narrow and uncomfortable to drive on.

We had an amazing time! The house is in a beautiful setting in the middle of a big very well maintained garden (you wake up surrended by singing birds) and the rooms are decorated with high quality materials and a lot of taste! Very comfy beds! However, the thing that makes the real difference are the owners who really do the business with love and a very human touch. They gave us a lot of tips, helped us to book a dinner as well as taxi for a wine tasting. They speak English. Very kind and lovely people!!

Clean, silent and surrounded by nature. This is the best descpriton of the place. If you plan to visit Velensole, you should definitely consider to stop here. Good quality/price together with a kind staff.
