Needed a pet friendly house to stay at for a few days while visiting Houston. House was tucked in a cul-de-sac of a neighborhood off Clay Rd. Quiet, clean, and close to the things we needed to get to.

This place is a strong 3.5/5 stars. Our stay was very average and just one step above staying at a budget hotel. There is no binder with guidelines listing things like trash day and check out day rules, instead the host sporadically messaged throughout our stay. The place itself is starting to become run down and is in need of a lot of touch ups and a deep clean. The microwave kept having issues throughout the stay. The bed frames are all extremely fragile and being supported by wood beams underneath. The floors were sticky from mopping cleaner and the varnish was coming off on our socks. This is not a house you can walk barefoot in. The couch has sharp edges that are hidden by a stained sofa cover, my 12 month old son didn't know and hit his head on a sharp corner in the center of the couch. There is a strong air freshener smell throughout the house so those with allergies and asthma beware. This place has great potential if the hosts put in some effort and time. We will likely not return here.

Nice house in what seemed like a safe neighborhood. Lots of room for everyone.

We all enjoyed our visit. The place was clean and roomy and we were given clear information as to how to enter the house and access the wifi.

The host was very nice and kept us updated. The house is in a great location, and we felt very safe. Overall, a good experience!
