This was a great property with plenty of room for guests, complete kitchen, great AC and wonderful view of ocean and beach. Quiet and comfortable for getting a good nights sleep.

This room had so much potential to to a great place to stay! Unfortunately that wasn't our experience.
The view was beautiful, the kids loved the arcade and game system! Everthing seemed updated and the room would have been awesome if it would have been properly cleaned. It definitely wasn't when we arrived. And check your beds if you stay here. The cleaning and customer service are horrible. This place cost too much money to be this disgusting..

Access to the beach area and breakfast! What I didn't like was the broken dryer and ice machine. There was no handicap accessibility to the get into the pools and bathrooms. I tripped over a rug where housekeeping was cleaning, It was folded over and I hurt my leg and broke a finger and bruised the others, but no one helped me. I received more assistance from the other guests.

We loved being on the top floor. Had a great view of the ocean. Rooms was clean and spacious and everything went smoothly. Great amenities with the pools, easy beach access and free breakfast and mini golf. My son loved the video game machine in our condo and the Xbox!!! Hope to come back again

Room was beautiful, just like pictures. Only thing I would change would’ve been the beds, especially the master…super firm mattress.

The penthouse was gorgeous and very clean. The renovations were very classy and the view was amazing. We had a great stay. Everything was very close to the hotel to have a great trip.

Great place to stay. Loved being on the top floor. Clean, updated, and great unit. Also loved the workout room and parking garage. Two complaints: no pots or pans in the unit, and the mattress was very squeaky.

My stay at the Carolinian
I loved the view of the ocean from the 21st floor. The room was very cleaned and spacious. The staff was so friendly and was happy to help my family. I loved how the Carolinian had the breakfast special and the putt putt attraction. My family and I can’t wait to book here again.

What a wonderful time!
My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was very comfortable and spacious, conveniently located on the beach and close to other activities. The washer and dryer were a HUGE plus. Complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and had something for each person. The children loved spending the day at the beach and switching over to the pool and hot tub at the night. Our only regret is that we didn’t plan a longer stay. We’re already planning our next family trip here next year.

Substitute Stay
We were originally booked in a different unit with Vacasa at this resort. There was a big storm resulting in flooding in our 2nd floor rental. They got us into this unit for the last night of our stay. It was nicely updated. We preferred the lower floor and the Keurig in the other unit but all in all we were taken care of quite well and have no complaints.

Great Vaca
This is my second time to stay at the Carolinian. Wonderful place to stay and BEST EMPLOYEES EVER. Ocean front condo had everything we needed. Love having the washer and dryer. Daily fun a the pools and good food at Magnolias. I will be going back.

The free meal tickets and free tickets to certain activities...front desk and room service were good....rented a 2Br and it was spacious... didn't get to enjoy the jacuzzi, the same group of ppl seemed to have kept that occupied, wish there were more... over all good stay
