C105 is the best unit ever!!!! We were missing some things this year - bath mats, dish towels, dish rags, keys. Also, I had to sweep the porch - very dirty with sand, hair stuck to the table, etc. Still - we dearly love C105!!!

The price keeps increasing but other than that it's a great condo. Too many locked closets.

Everything was very nice and very comfortable ! Couldn't ask for more for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect right on the ocean side and close to the pool. Walk to Flagler Street shops and restaurants! We had a great time.

The Win San condo in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is beautiful and located right on the beach. It has easy access to Flagler Avenue and all of the fabulous little shops along there. The condo is impressive in its roominess and lovely furnishings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to return again. The Williams

Beautiful condo at the Win-San, one of the nicest we have stayed in. Well stocked kitchen tools and the view is to die for!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!!

Love this unit! It has a great view and easy access to the beach. Near the pool but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The unit has a fabulous kitchen with all the amenities that we needed. We used the grill for dinner and had cocktails on the porch. Could not have been better! Can't wait for next time!

We love staying here. They have provided some great updates including the reclining chairs! They are great. The welcome book has been updated which was nice, even though we have been coming to Win-San for years we appreciate the welcome guide. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Unit inside is great - the porch had four big braces and limited our use of the porch and obstructed our view. The grounds were great and well kept.

We loved the proximity to the beach and Flagler Ave. Unit was clean. nice beach decor.
The only negative we had was the king size bed. it was worn out and uncomfortable. we could not sleep well on that mattress.

We love this ocean front condo. We've been coming to Win-San for years. We have stayed in several different ones but this is our favorite. We were a little upset about the pool being drained and redone the week we were there but Jenn did her best to make us happy. She even offered us a stay somewhere else but we just kept the Win-San condo. She is awsome. I heard from her a few times during our stay, making sure we were happy. We have already booked for this condo again next year!

Beautifully redone c105. Owners couldn't be nicer and Tara (Rental Mgr) was so very helpful in getting any problems resolved. Excellent and professional.

I loved our unit and the location. Everything was seamless from reservations to check in and check out. We left additional beach chairs and an umbrella for other guests to enjoy. I hope to return soon!

I think the room was excellent but I am not thrilled about our booking process. I've called and emailed but I have not heard back from anyone. We've been coming to New Smyrna for my whole life and this is the most frustrated I've been

Loved the improvements to the room. The new owners did a great job.
Just felt that the room $$ increase for June 2021 was too steep in comparison to other rooms like C104 ($230 increase over 2020) especially after coming for 40 years.

There were some repairs that were needed. Some we could take care of (changing filter, realigning blinds, cleaning), some taken care of or reported to management.
We would like to see extra safety bars in shower at a better level and doors on shower as curtain is too dark for adequate light in shower. Please add on-site manager.
We still love and feel at home at Win-San, however. This was our 18th year in this unit!

The unit and the view were beautiful and very clean. We had a wonderful time. Tara and Jenn went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. We are looking forward to returning next year!! Everything was Fantastic!!

The unit itself is fine, size wise. Love the beach front views and the porch. However, that said...the sheets and bedding and towels all need to be upgraded and replaced. Also the units need to be cleaned better. There were hairs in the drawers from previous renters, floors were not clean, carpet dirty and same with couch. It had stains on it. The cost of rental just not in line with what was received. Check in and out went well. Cost of rental keeps going up and up with nothing more to show for the increase.

This unit is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need or want. Watching sunrise each morning whether inside the unit (yes inside!) or on front patio was spectacular. We met some lovely people at the complex during our stay including the owners whose pride of ownership shows in every detail in this condo. Sentry Management was wonderful to deal with. Waking up to the most amazing sunrises each day started each day with peace and tranquility! The recent renovations, attention to each detail weekly rentals desire were met! The location to the beach and restaurants within short walking distance - so convenient and easy for out of town family. We will be sure to return!

We have stayed in this room for almost 10 years for the same week every summer. It's always been beautiful and comfortable. This year when we walked in it looked like a different condo. The renovations they have done are AMAZING and I can't say enough good things about the kitchen! We will be back!

We loved being on the first floor and having the end unit and the big island was great for the entire family since we had 3 condos.(a220,b102) We will rent it again!

We LOVE this condo and cannot wait to stay there again. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. We had everything we needed and more ❤️ The ocean views were literally steps away and the grounds were beautifully kept. NSB is the BEST place to vacation We can't wait to come back and will definitely stay there year after year

We love WinSan and C105. We've been coming here since 1977. The dual mgt is concerning. Also, our unit wasn't very clean - sand in the tub, porch was dirty, etc. We didn't have a bath mat in either bathroom and no potholders in the kitchen. I was disappointed in the construction. I thought the porches and railings were being replaced. Again - we love WinSan and will continue to come there, but quality has declined.

We've stayed in this condo before and it was very nice, but it has been renovated and is truly gorgeous now! We love Win San and the direct, ocean front view at this unit. We already booked for next year, can't wait to come back!

We've stayed in this unit several years. Before we started staying, we referred to it as my aunt & uncles room. We love it. The part in the front is nice to view the ocean when we are in our room.

We were so surprised when we walked in this year! The unit had been completely renovated in kitchen and master bathroom and floors! Truly a huge improvement! We have been staying in this unit for about 5 years now and love our stay!!

Wow! We have stayed at win-San for many times over the last 30 years. Finally we stayed in an end unit and it was amazing! The layout of the kitchen was great for making family meals. The view from every window was amazing. The porch looking out to the ocean was my favorite spot! The kitchen was well equipped for any dinner making needs, the bedrooms were good and there were even some toys for the beach.
We already booked our next stay and we will always choose this great unit for our beach adventures!

Win San is located right off Flagler Ave. and you are in walking distance to many great restaurants and taverns, not to mention steps away from the soft white sand and beautiful water. Our unit was clean, updated, and gave us great views of the water. We had everything we needed for a great week with family.
