Really enjoyed our stay. Mass helped tremendously to make sure the stay was smooth. Great location, beautiful place; kids loved the retro video game!

We stayed here with a group of six women and it was very comfortable. Lots of bathrooms for everyone, comfortable beds and pillows. Very quiet neighborhood, and a lovely deck.

The property managers were very communicative when we needed information.

The house was very comfortable, clean, and included a chef's kitchen. The open floor plan of the house was wonderful for a family group. We enjoyed watching movies, the whole home Sonos sound system, and the hot tub. The bedrooms were set up well and the beds were very comfortable. After a reservation glitch, Massimiliano was wonderful to provide a turkey roasting pan for us. It appeared that he purchased it new just for us. Massimiliano's description of the property was accurate. We enjoyed the week.

6 girls from the west valley seeking cooler temps stayed for the week to enjoy outdoor activities and shopping. The home had plenty of bedrooms and was conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown area.

This house was well equipped and had everything we needed. It's very spacious so everyone had their own room/bathroom. The location was great for a short walk into town, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! I would recommend staying here.

The home is everything I had hoped for and more. I had 8 athletes with me for the 2 weeks we stayed in Mass' home and being able to have enough space for everyone to relax after training was important. I also had to feed them, having a kitchen to be able to that was a high priority, this home delivered and exceeded my expectation. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood close to downtown Flagstaff. This home was comfortable for our party of eight. We all had space and home was convenient for all the activities we had planned. Owners were very responsive and helpful.

We rented this space for co workers who flew in from all over the US. The space was perfect for meals together and also allowed enough space for each of us to have privacy. The hot tub was a major perk!

Wow! Such a great experience renting this home! We had a perfect family ski getaway. They thought of every detail and made us feel so welcome. Our family loved it!! We already can’t wait to come back.

My family and friends rented this home for a long skiing weekend in February. Check in was seamless. The house easily fit our party, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The two lounges were fantastic because one became the kids’ hangout and the other was right off the kitchen and perfect for the adults in our party. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms are large and there were plenty of bathrooms. The laundry room was so perfect with ski clothes etc. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. Close to skiing and closer to town which allowed us to easily order dinners from local restaurants. The hot tub was clean and welcomed after a long day of skiing. I would 100% stay at this home again. No issues at all and Mass was great to interact with and very responsive. Don’t hesitate: book this home. You will be so happy you did so. Thanks!

Stayed here with large family group for ski trip a little on the pricey side but overall good!

4 dads and teenage daughters went up for a ski trip. Property is in great shape and close to tons of restaurants. 8 people slept there with tons of space.

Great winter escape for the family to enjoy time together. Plenty of space to stretch out, house was fully appointed with everything we needed and comfortable. The house was close to downtown for those that wanted to get out and shop and an easy drive to snow bowl for the snow boarders in our family. The spa was a bonus to sit in and relax and warm up after a day skiing. Check in and check out was easy and communication with host was great! Very responsive. Thank you! We had a great time!!

Loved this place!! Plenty of space for our Family of 5 including our baby. Very clean where we didn’t worry about the baby crawling on the floor. Our older 2 kids loved the arcades and the theater room. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spacious and we appreciate the extra bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. My only suggestion is to have beach towels there for the hot tub.

Easy to access downtown amenities. The check in process was easy and the property was ready early. Everything was as stated in description. Nicely laid out with towels for all guests in bedrooms. Instructions for stay were easy to follow. Recommend for a large group stay in Flagstaff!

12 in our group. We really enjoyed this property. Very clean, and in working order. Appreciated the Jacuzzi. We celebrated a 50th bday here. The house is very close to downtown Flagstaff, perfect area and very quite.

Great place. Rooms were exactly as pictured. Very clean and thoughtfully organized. Beautifully decorated, every detail carefully thought out. Quite spacious. The bedrooms were nice and big, with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were tastefully appointed, excellent showers, and clean surfaces. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking and food storage, and led to the living room with a beautiful barn-door entrance. Laundry room was well equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, with high-quality washing machine and dryer. Massive wide-screen tv and sound system in the family room, plus comfortable seating, was lots of fun. Wonderful neighborhood and just a quick drive to many attractions. Would highly recommend this place!

It was a perfect location for us to explore flagstaff and it’s cute town, visit the crater, Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, and Bearizona! The home was huge and there was plenty of space to cook in the beautiful kitchen, hang on the deck, watch the kids play in the backyard, and just spend time w the family. We will be returning this winter! Host was wonderful and responded quickly to any issues, requests and questions! Thank you for a beautiful weekend!

We had to wait an hour for property to be cleaned after we arrived at regular check-in time. And we asked for Mass to call us, which he never did so we were frustrated to begin with. Now that being said the home is lovely and has all you need. Great place to bring people together quietly. Need to be inside by 9 and there is no air conditioning, which is normal in flag, but just happened there was a heat wave when we went and outside was the coolest place at night. So for winter stays where you just want place to be for a quiet getaway this is it. If you have a boisterous group this might not be for you.

The house was perfect for my family and friends, a total of 7 adults and 3 kids. The house was exceptionally clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the perfect amount of space. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again!

We had a perfect family weekend visiting both Sedona and Flagstaff! Everything was very clean and the house felt very cozy! We cooked 1 meal in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils and gadgets. We enjoyed the hot tub and the house is in a very nice location.... just a short walk to downtown!
