Cozy house in a great location close to downtown.

This is an amazing find! Location to downtown is a short walk and everywhere else you need to access by car is conveniently within striking distance. Place is well equipped to handle several couples and the house is nicely appointed with everything you need to make your visit memorable. Already looking at the calendar to make our next visit.

Very nice, fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, spices, felt like I was at home. Comfy couch, great internet connection, beds and bedding so comfortable. There is an inviting private patio area we did not have the chance to use. Small front porch with table and chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Quiet unit. Lots of stairs! Oh and that chair in the reading nook I need to get one!! So comfy! This host really thought of everything to make this an enjoyable stay!

We were meeting the in-laws 1/2 way and this was a perfect spot! It was walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other spots. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It also had all the kitchen stuff we needed to make yummy meals! Planning on staying here again for an in-law meet-up!

We so enjoyed our time in Grand Junction! The house is clean and easy to cook in. This location is close to Main Street, trails, and frisbee golf!

Great property!

Location was great, house was nice and well decorated. However there were two major issues that hindered the experience- there was some sort of fecal matter that was on the 2nd floor bedroom that caused our 90 year old mother to have to sleep on the couch. The bed was made so they did not realize until already in bed, at which point part way through the night her pet allergies started bothering her, so she moved the bedspread around at which point the dried fecal stains were found. The second major issue was the thermostats throughout the house- no matter what we did to try to turn the heat down, it would continuously run until it was 80 throughout. We ended up having to keep windows open while it was 15 degrees outside just to achieve some sort of stasis. We have pictures of the stains available and did not pull those sheets up for obvious reasons. We expect some compensation for these biohazardous issues.

Great property

We were in town to watch our daughter (swimmer at WCU) compete at Mesa. The property was clean, well maintained, well equipped and extremely convenient to both campus and downtown.

I was so impressed with this property. It was so well taken care of and in a great location, just a 7 minute walk or so to downtown. Enough bathrooms for a group of 6. Check in and check out was easy. My dog loved it too! :)

This townhouse was perfect for our visit to Grand Junction. The property was very clean and is just as lovely in person as it is in the photos. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's in an excellent location, walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. Amy was a great host and provided very good instructions, local info, etc. I would definitely stay here again!!

This property is as lovely as it appears in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a Grand Junction getaway. It was easy to walk from the property to downtown as well as nearby parks and walking paths. A great stay!

Fantastic and well air-conditioned spot near the core of Grand Junction; The owner was very friendly, everything was incredibly clean. The digital locks made getting in and out a breeze and not having to worry about losing someone else’s key was fantastic as well. Very stylish decor, and having three bathrooms was a real luxury when family came to say hi. I would absolutely rent this again and plan to.

The property was very clean & the photos were extremely accurate on what everything actually looks like! Lots of beds and ample comfy pillows! The neighborhood is great & quiet, we felt safe the entire time and had no issues with parking. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you may need to cook. Lots of stairs being 3 stories but that is in the description and didn’t bother us at all. Our teenage son loved getting the master bedroom on the top floor so we could be in the room next to our toddler daughter. The only thing that we would suggest is getting actual blackout cellular shades in the bedrooms instead of white light filtering ones. Even with the curtains over top it was extremely bright in every room as soon as the sun came up, & was hard to get our daughter to go to sleep at night prior to 9pm due to the brightness in the bedrooms. Other than that it was an excellent stay!

Very nice and new property. It is three stories, so if someone has issues with steps, that would be the only drawback. It’s very convenient to everything in town and to the Colorado National Monument.
