Very private beach house with direct beach access and beautiful views.

We came for a short fall break getaway. House was the perfect location for fishing and exploring the beach with multiple age kids. We could all come and go as we pleased without having to worry about driving out onto the beach to fish or coming in for a short lunch break. Beautiful house, great views, easy access to the beach, and plenty of space. Kitchen had everything I need to cook for 3 days with 6 kids! Thank you for sharing your home!

This was my first time to vacation with my grandchildren ages 5-14. Sea Our Point was a beautiful place to call home for a short 7 days! The view and air off the ocean from our balcony was awesome and my favorite place to sit in the Morgan’s evening. Be careful at night when going down the stairs to the boardwalk out to the beach. My daughter in-law missed the last step on our first night and suffered with a twisted ankle in a boot for the week... the walk up and over two dunes to the beach is long. The public access n one house down is longer, but not so much a hill. We found lots of shells up on the point! Emerald Isle is beautiful and family friendly. If you need bikes, Isle Cycle was awesome! We would stay at Sea Our Point again! Kathy

Great location at one of the best beaches in NC! A few burnt out bulbs and an inconsistent ceiling fan but hey, first world problems. Ken, was excellent to work with and his prompt replies made communication a breeze. Would certainly rent again.

Our family had a wonderful time, the house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and the views of the beach from the house were amazing.

House was just as depicted in pictures. Great location, ocean front. But know there is still a long walk to ocean over boardwalk and dunes. Had my 80 year old mom with me and she managed fine, just be aware. The downstairs toilet was not working but they were super responsive and it didn’t slow us down at all. Overall, would absolutely rent this house for my family again.

Our family vacation was perfect with our stay at this property. Great location and great views. We have already talked about coming bach next summer.

Stayed here for the 2nd year in a row and had another wonderful stay. The location is very private and quiet. The beach is spacious and empty at this end of the island. The kids are already asking to return next year.

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always amazing! Clean, plenty of space to spread out and amazing location for not just the beach but also easy access to all that Emerald Isle and Swansboro have to offer.

Property very clean and very well located to enjoy the spectacular southern point of Emerald Isle. great places to walk and to also enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. the house was perfect for my wife and my self to be able to relax and enjoy the beach. Also very close to convenient groceries etc. Great location and great place to stay. we hope to come back.

Our family had a wonderful time! The owners, Ken & Helen obviously take very good care of their VRBO home and their guest. The beach is somewhat of a hike but overall this is a wonderful beach home and great owners!

We just had a great vacation in Emersld Isle. The house had everything we needed for the week!

We had a great time. Great views from the bottom and top decks. Plenty of space for two families with kids. The beach was very quiet which was nice. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and all that is needed to cook for a family of six. Overall the house is clean and updated. However, we did find a small red stain (blood?) on the bedspread in the queen-bed room. The furniture in the living room is stained and soiled in several places. The sliding-door glass in one of the upstairs bedrooms is badly cracked. And, we were visited by a cockroach who lived in the pantry area which was a bit unsettling. Finally, (although it does make it clear on the website that there are ice trays in the freezer), I believe for a house of this scale and price, the owner could invest in fixing the ice maker which is available in the freezer but apparently non functioning. None of these things would keep us from renting this house again should the occasion arise, but it did keep me from giving it the 5 star rating it could so easily reach with a few minor changes.

Beautiful clean home . Beach was uncrowned and gorgeous . Host responded quickly and were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and area activities. Would love to stay here again .

We have stayed at Sea Our Point 2 years in a row and for good reason: the location is unbeatable, the hosts are remarkable, and the time is priceless! We loved our stays. Ken and Helen are super responsive to any needs and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!!

The house was clean, comfortable and as advertised. It was stocked with everything needed for your stay. Ken was quick to answer any and all questions we had. The location could not be more perfect. We will be back!!

Perfect for a family get away! The property is ideally located, close to shops but far enough away for peace and quiet. Loved it!

Our two families really enjoyed sharing this house for Thanksgiving week. The weather was a little cold for beach activities but the view from the decks and kitchen/living room were wonderful! Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and everything was exactly as described. Would highly recommend this home!

We love The Point at Emerald Isle, and this was a great place to enjoy it. The cottage was clean, quaint and as it was described in the listing. The beach is much wider at the point of the island, but it is easily accessed from this location. We were pleased with every aspect and would defiantly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We would book again. Ken was very helpful from day one.
