Dat er 7 uur in de ochtend met karren en servies lijdelijke te horen was

En dat we met de auto toch naar het andere hotel moesten voor het zwembad
De foto’s waren niet erg duidelijk
Ivm de lawaai zijn we eerder naar huis gegaan
Totaal geen rust gehad
Dat was erg jammer

We loved staying at Hotel Kasteel Terworm. Bautiful scenery, great attention to details, nice personnel, delicious breakfasts. Couldn't have wished for a better getaway!

It´s a nice mini castle
After a long trip we arrived and were expecting to have a nice dinner in the restaurant.. which is open for non-guest as well. They said that the restaurant was "full" - however there were several empty unreserved tables available. Then the manager said that they had served over 50 tables that evening and that they are tired. It was 8:20 in the evening and the place is open till 10pm. The closest nice place around is Valkenburg or Maastricht which is 15-30 minutes driving. This behaviour is not what you expect for the high price that we paid for it.

the room was clean but already a little bit dusty, especially on the lamps and desk area, service could be more friendly and services orientated, sometimes we weren't even greeted.

For the price you pay i think Airconditioning should be standard and i think a luggage service would be handy. Somebody who will bring the bags to the rooms.

The restaurant food is amazing; nice setting in the park; calm and restful.
We stayed in the outer rooms (outside the main building); while spacious, comfortable and renovated, we felt we missed the "castle feeling".
Breakfast is quite expensive (25 euros/ person) on top of a rather expensive room. Our dishes were not collected from the room for two days, despite multiple hotel personnel passing by.

Everything was good, the room was great, facilities were great, reception was very friendly and helpful, the grounds were well tended. They even managed to organise nice weather ))
Breakfast was cold buffet, but hot meals could be ordered from the menu and they were very good. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
One small incident at the restaurant - waiting to be seated, there was no sign but I assumed I had to wait. Plenty of staff around (they seemed busy) but they said nothing to me. I wasn't sure if should just find a table so I asked, and I was told "just wait, I'm busy with something else right now". Not a big deal, but felt a little rude.

There is not enough space to be seated for breakfast (you need to reserve) - so tool the coffee to the room :(

The hotel itself was wonderful and very classy, elegant in every detail. Big, quiet room and huge bathroom, comfy bed and even Deutz champagne at the breakfast! And the egg Benedictine at the breakfast was maybe the best I've ever had, it was simply perfect.
The restaurant was also a nice try, much effort, but the food was unfortunately not as expected. The food was more or less strange to be honest. But wines were exellent and the champagne of course.

Very nice location, main building is well taken care of, very comfortable bed, spacious nice bathroom, coffee in room, attention to customers.
We had a humming sound all night in the room, the staff did not know where it came from, but looks like one of the engines. It was right behind the wall where the bed was.
Breakfast buffet is very modest for such a price.

We stayed for two nights in this little gem of a hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and stylish. We loved the luxurious big bathroom. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is as stunning as it gets. If you want to enjoy the experience of a castle stay, this is the perfect opportunity!
We only had breakfast once, but is a bit expensive in my view for a very standard breakfast.
