Easy to find, great location.

The restaurant was horrible, tho. It took 3 selections before what I ordered was available. Then I didn’t get what ordered.

There is a cart to transport luggage to your room, but it's hard to use, because there are 3 steps by the main door and another 3 on the floor, where you have to lift the whole cart to get through (which can be really heavy with your bags on it). No vegetables at breakfast. Corridor window next to our room was shattered (no glass in it)

The best part of the stay was the beautiful and breathtaking view of the mountains and landscape that I saw from my balcony every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also speak several languages which, English, Spanish, and French, were some of the few that I recognized.

We only stayed 2 days. The stay was ok. For the price that we paid for one night, I was expecting the rooms to be a little more updated and the beds to be more comfortable. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. The hotel has a pool, but unfortunately we didn't get the chance to enjoy it because the water was too cold and we were in Andorra during the summer. The hotel is not located near a grocery store. Be prepared to drive about a mile to the nearest store. I wouldn't stay here again if I return back to Andorra.

The room was not cleaned on arrival (toilet in the hotel room was used without flushing) The breakfast was already empty and no one seemed interested in getting supplies (one hour prior closing), WIFI only worked on the day of departure, We asked about disabled parking and needed a spot close to the vicinity: Only on availability was the short answer, after some discussions we could use the spot right at the entrance. With an official complaint we got promised on departure that someone will proactively get back to us. No one did and a 20 EUR refund after trying to sort the situation via the official booking.com channel without any statement whatsoever seemed like a good joke and definitely an experience to talk about around a bonfire.

The location and views were outstanding!

That you have to pay 15 euros per person to use the gym and spa for ONE HOUR! Also some of the reception staff didn't speak English. Otherwise all was excellent!

The location was beautiful but much higher above town than expected.

Very few services. Food in restaurant was not very good, bar was not opened when expected.

The size of the room was great and very comfortable. The views were great and breakfast delicious.

We had to pay to use the spa, and the pool was half empty and filthy. These are advertised as part of the hotel and you have to pay more money.

Stunning views, lovely staff. Great choice at breakfast. Loved the balcony, lovely walks very nearby, close to telecabin at la massana.

No kettle/coffee making facilities in room. Room a little on the small side. Sauna not working, jacuzzi and steam room a bit cool.

Dinner & dinner service was excellent!

The room was really small and the walls were thin, so we could hear loads of noises. Although the resort is family-oriented, allowing kids to run around during dinner is unacceptable. There should be a separate dinner time for couples without children.

Nice terrace with amazing view and free parking on site. charming old styled ski lodge type of hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. We stayed only one night so we didn’t take advantage of all the additional services, which seem to be very nice (sauna, tennis court, swimming pool)

The absurdly high 15€ fee for having a dog with us (with no additional services included in that fee). The heating in the whole structure was in full blast making the room very stuffy and the bathroom unliveable (couldn’t turn off the heating in the bathroom).

Excellent breakfast, great view from bedroom, comfortable sitting areas, spa a bonus.

Music as a little loud in the lounge. Staff were a bit thin on the ground for getting a drink.

The accommodation was lovely and the breakfast.

We could have used a slightly larger room for three people with all separate beds. I had requested this but we received two twins pushed together and one twin separate.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location with amazing views from our room, the dining room and the pool area. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The dining room and bar staff were brilliant.

The bathroom needs updating. The shower over the bath was difficult for us to use and the non thermostatic shower was poor with the water temperature changing quickly from correct to extremely hot then to very cold. As senior citizens we found this to be unsatisfactory. Also there should have been a non slip mat provided for the shower and a grab rail to assist with entering the shower. On our first day there was a number of very noisy young people monopolizing the pool area - non residents
