Room, hotel itself, nice private beach with bar and restaurant and of course, the location was great. The Old Town is within a convenient walking distance, a very useful activity after eating pizza and pasta every day.

Breakfast was good but I don't understand why they don't offer tomatoes, cucumbers etc. green staff in the breakfast. The requirement for a swimming hat in the pool is bizarre... the pool guard drove us away, even though my wife and I were the only people in the pool.

The only two things we like were : 1. The location, the hotel is right in front of the sea and has its private beach. 2. The pool, it’s huge. Sadly, it’s often not opened and the closure times were not clearly indicated. As a result, we spent a lot of time waiting for the permission to swim in it.

Elements that were very disappointing : 1. The staff is unpleasant and incompetent. It’s probably due to the overload of work they were crawling under. But, calling us a 2pm telling us that if we want our room cleaned, we have to leave the room because they want to go home is unacceptable in a 5-star-hotel. 2. The rooms need redecorating. And the bathroom renovating as the ceiling was peeling down on us! 3. We were given a room with a parking lot view and asked if we could have another one. We were told that it was difficult, but possible and that they had something else. Only to tell us at the very last minute (we were already down at the reception for a quick visit of the new room and the change of keys) that they had made a mistake. 4. Breakfast is of poor quality, crowded, loud and there are empty containers 45 minutes before the end of it. We were there in September, so we can’t even begin to imagine how it must be in July or August! 5. The beds are highly uncomfortable. Hard, small and of poor quality (we felt bumps each time we tried to find a more comfortable position).

Excellent breakfast is served.

Friendly staff and excellent facilities both at the hotel and at the beach. Perfect for families. 20min walking from the village center of Vieste. The poolside bar is great and open till late.

Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is large and modern with excellent air conditioning. The breakfast is one of the best for choice and quality we have experienced. Very friendly helpful staff also. Easy access to the beach direct from the hotel.

Cost of meals! €50 pp per meal is too expensive, particularly if you are going to stay for a week or more. It would have been nice to have had other cheaper options for the guests who are on a B&B package only. Very poor WIFI connection, sometimes does not work...

The staff at the front was friendly and quick with check in, how ever there is no bell boy to help with the luggages. Hotel needs renovation. No bathrobes and slippers. Bed and towels are really very simple. It fits the most 4 stars... but not 5.
