place was great - so much privacy - few issues but Bart took care of everything same day. The pool was supposed to be heated - but was not turned on - however Bart called Maintenace and pool was heated and ready by the evening. Bathrooms do need updating otherwise very nice place.

Great house for large groups

We loved this place! The weather was rather chilly during our stay but we were still able to make use of the pool in conjunction with the hot tub, perfect for the kids. Pool was heated to 85 which was perfect, the house came with everything you could need and more. Comfy beds, great bunk bed room for the kids was quiet and secluded from the rest of the house. Will stay again!

This home was beautiful and very comfy, accommodating my family of 5 very easily and we could have brought the rest of the family! We didn’t get to use the pool due to the pool heater not working, but they refunded my pool heating money. It’s such a nice backyard. The driveway is very steep but we got used to it. The views from the front patio are gorgeous, the patio lights were beautiful. Everything was clean and all was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, kitchen ware etc. Beds were comfortable. I reported some issues with blinds etc when we first arrived so hopefully that will get fixed, but it wasn’t a big deal. (Just couldn’t use the living room blinds to see out the front patio door at the gorgeous views.) Pool table was an added bonus and so much fun. Thanks for a great stay!

This location was perfect for our long weekend get-together with college friends who live in the area. Although we did not use the pool or hot tub, it added to the time we spent outside along with the lemon tree. This place met all our expectations.

Description was accurate and lots of room. Spent the days hanging out in the pool and evenings on the front patio enjoying AZ weather.

My husband and I are moving to Fountain Hills and needed a place to stay while waiting for the moving company to arrive. The home is beautiful and accepted our dogs as well. Bart was wonderful to work with and made it super easy to book, check in and check out. I would highly review this beautiful property.

We absolutely loved and enjoyed so much our week at this house. Very complete and assorted. Beds were super comfortable and we just felt like at home. The owner was super nice and quick to responded when needed. Location is fantastic. Thank you so much!

We paid a fortune for one month. Nice neighborhood-nice house layout. Put dinner in oven-no potholders. Go to wipe up kitchen counter-found a dingy dish cloth with the 25 cent sticker from a garage sale-too gross to use-had to buy sponge. Go to take a shower-no soap-search all bathrooms-found inch of body wash left by someone-had to go buy soap. Turn shower on-it shoots up at ceiling-turn off-then it shoots out door-so loose amazed it was still attached-hold it so I can shower-can't adjust temp-handle came off in my hand. A faucet in master so loose it no longer covered the hole in countertop. Go to take dogs out-it's dark-the outside lights do not work-one dog falls into the pool in the cold water and would have drowned if my husband had not been there to grab him out. The outside lights by master bdrm also do not work. The outside light by front door does not work. Someone came the next day-replaced bulb by front door, replaced fixture by back door, outside master still needs to be replaced. Two ceiling lights above microwave do not work-one needed bulb…one is broken. One faucet in hall bath would turn water off if you played with it-handle came off-was reattached on second repair trip. Other bathroom in attached bdrm smelled disgusting like there is a drainage problem…we tried sleeping in there-made my husband sick with his allergies. The caulking along shower door track was black mold-door track was black with filth-there was a long hair laying there. Shower fixtures are totally pitted and gross. Were holes in the wall where a towel bar used to be-no bar-new one put up on second repair trip. Lots of trash on top washer/dryer and on floor. Outdoor bbque grill handles fall off-temporarily rigged to worked on second repair trip. Said pool is heated-main reason we rented-hand written note saying the solar heat was on but doesn't do much..so no pool. We had to be there two different times for handyman. Shame on manager and owner! We will never use VRBO again.

I wanted to clean some more, but the only cleaning supplies were dish soap and Ajax so I did what I could with those. In the second bedroom (with the king bed), there was a leak under the sink, so the extra rolls of toilet paper were moldy and it was very damp. It smelled musty throughout the house, but that got better as we occupied the home longer and had the doors open. In the third bedroom, there is a small skylight - so it gets very bright very early in the morning - there's a light cover on it, so it looks like a regular light and until you realize it's a skylight, you just wonder if it turns itself on when you are woken up early by the sunlight. In general, the home has potential, but it needs some TLC, it needs to be deep cleaned - including shampooing the rugs and just basic home maintenance. The pool was unusable as it's solar heated, so at this time of year, there is no way to heat it. The hot tub is very old and the grill knobs are lose and one fell off. I’m a frequent Scottsdale visitor and VRBO user. This is not a good property…would not return or recommend. As others mentioned, the A/C is restricted, the bedrooms get really hot, and the owner Bart is unresponsive. Also a dirty house, looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in forever. Windows taped shut, no screens, lousy water pressure. The house was cheap, and I got what I paid for. Next time will spend a few bucks more and get a nice place.

This home is an amazing welcoming space, beautiful, sensible environment. There were several outdoor spaces to gather and enjoy family. Great neighborhood, quiet, private and near several great places to eat out.

House was great, we enjoyed the pool every day. Don’t expect any communication from the host except the boiler plate responses when you first book. When we got in the house was 85 degrees inside. Would’ve been nice for them to turn on the AC especially since it’s a smart thermostat, which they have locked at 70 as the lowest setting. It was a constant battle as the thermostat kept turning itself back to 75 or 78 depending on the time of day. When it’s over 100 every day this heated the house up considerably. Waking up sweating wasn’t fun so do yourself a favor and adjust the thermostat once more before bed and check it whenever walking by during the day or leaving the house. Beyond that though the place was awesome, the misters on the back patio were a great feature.

This home is so beautiful! The backyard is a beautiful, private oasis - pool and hottub with very nice areas to relax both in the sun and a covered patio. You will absolutely LOVE the master bedroom and bath - I will definitely miss the walk-in shower with waterfall feature and the jacuzzi bathtub. Everything is beautifully decorated throughout. Very spacious and well-appointed kitchen with fireplace and dining area. Such a comfortable living room with very large flatscreen tv. We had so much fun with the pool table too! All the items you would ever need are there down to the last detail. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious with lovely decor. We didn't want to go home! The owner is very nice to deal with. You will LOVE this home!
