The staff members are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and I also had an excellent Linguine Nero at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is well located, close to the Congress Center and the train station, and the sea. The prices are very reasonable.

Important to know for any business travellers arriving in the evening and having a conference/meeting the following morning: there are no irons or ironing boards at the hotel and the laundry service takes one day. There is no tea or coffee in the rooms and there are very few complimentary items in the bathrooms. The rooms are poorly insulated.

Breakfast was good and the pool area was excellent. Perfect view of the sea . Staff friendly and helpful .

Staff were friendly and attentive, the hotel was very clean and perfectly situated for the Estoril train station to travel into Lisbon. The paid massage was excellent and well worth the extra expense....

No iron available for rooms at reception and we were unwilling to pay extra to have our clothes pressed. Adults only? At least one night an under 10 year old stayed at the hotel The staff struggled with the concept of ALL INCLUSIVE, constantly asking for our room number when ordering supposedly free drinks and snacks although we wore wrist bands to signify this.... When we checked out we were being charged for these drinks and snacks but didn't pay when pointing out we shouldn't have been charged .... The hotel should not offer the option if it can't or won't facilitate it properly, bed and breakfast, half or full board are better options.... The night time entertainment in the bar wasn't advertised adequately and we very nearly missed Rui Drummond (an excellent Portuguese singer) on the Tuesday night we stayed....

The location was perfect and the view from my room was amazing! Fernanda checked me in and was super helpful throughout my stay! She worked hard to help me find my luggage and went to extra mile to help me connect to local places to purchase backup clothes and toiletries.

Close to the train station and to the beach. Rooms were very good had a fridge. The breakfast was great eggs made every way, kids loved the pancakes and chocolate sauce.

Not many places to eat but travelled into cascais, 2 mins on train lots of restaurants and shops, also McDonald's. Also the swimming pool was up lots of stairs, i was afraid the kids might slip on the way down.

Clean and pleasant. Great location, close to beach.

Would like coffee available during the day or a coffee machine in room. A full length mirror in room would also be nice.

The sauna wasn’t hot enough

the breakfast was exceptional with so many things to choose from. the room was really nice and clean and everything worked well except the AC :). the location is also really good since we had the public transport just outside the hotel and the beach close by. You could reach Cascais with just 20 min walk along the beach and Sintra with public transport.
