The views were stunning.

I wish there would have been an outside shower and a bathroom on ground level. Would have been perfect if it had a hot tub and pool. More comfortable beds would be awesome.

Roomy, quiet with nice deck

No blinds in kitchen/living room, bathroom faucet not attached to sink, toilet would not flush, shower curtain not attached to rod, hot & cold shower lines plumbed backwards, no internet or water at times, oven and toaster oven did not work, dryer took forever to dry clothes, beds squeaked, public beach access next to property, beach dirty with seaweed/kelp, no board walk to beach, kitchen cabinet doors do not close, light above kitchen sink rusty and missing cover, old and broken deck furniture, difficult door lock with long code, siding missing from exterior and interior needs repainting especially base boards. Total lack of maintenance.

Perfect location and comfortable accommodations

The kitchen was missing a couple items we had to purchase: wine glasses and a pot holder. if there had been more than 2 of us we would have needed to buy more glasses, as there were very few. The grill was not adequate for our needs.

The location is perfect if you are wanting to be right on the beach and it’s not far from the center of town. The kitchen was large enough for being able to have a large meal. We had 9 people, so there was enough seating in the dining area for evey one to eat comfortably. It was a great house and location.

We couldn’t change channels on the tv’s in the bedrooms. The remote would turn the tv’s on and off and adjust the volume, but wouldn’t change channels. I did contact vacasa and they offered to bring different remotes, but I had already had to stay at the house to receive a new washing machine and didn’t want to wait for remotes. For the most part we weren’t in the house long enough to watch tv, but it was just one of those things that should work. Also, the water pressure could use some work. Showers were trickling and we did make sure that people weren’t showering in different bathrooms at the same time. That wasn’t the problem.

Beds were terrible

Location was perfect & beach was amazing. Large enough house for all of us to spread out. Bed was comfortable. Cleaner did a good job. Outside shower to wash off sand.

Maintenance issues: Main porch had loose rails & was in need of replacement. Ceiling fan over table was hanging & in danger of falling. Water pressure was non-existent. Refrigerator door shelves kept falling off. Many small issues.
