Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed the backyard a lot. Very close to Main st and grocery store. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect house in Fredericksburg for a family and dogs.

Open, friendly vibe. Easy to make yourself at home. Great location. Amazing hang-out in the back yard with games & music that lent itself to a great time with our adult children. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in Fredericksburg! Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed the house! It does need a few things squeaky door into the bathroom, smaller shower head didn’t spray much, fix clothes rod in master room

We had 6 adults and the place claims to sleep 7. We all managed to find a place to sleep but it was not a great option for all 6. It would be better suited for four adults and 2 - 3 kids. The property also appears very close to downtown, but I would not advise walking it in 105 degree temps. Other then that, the property was great.

Wonderful house and property! We enjoyed the house and backyard tremendously! House is very clean and beds were very comfortable! The house is also in a great location, close to main street and a HEB. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed this location which was nice and quiet while close to downtown. Kitchen is very nice and with plenty of dishes and utensils. My only criticism was we expexted a gas grill but the only grill was a very small camp stove and no propane. Since we arrived on Easter and everything was closed we had to shift to cooking in the kitchen. Besides that it was a lovely stay!

Nice property. A bit of a walk to Main Street but weather was nice so not an issue.

Hard not to have a good experience in that town. Nice setup. Stickers in backyard grass so had to take dog out front to do his business. Suggestion - put a tv in the back shed. It was easy to setup the rental, access the house and checkout.

It was absolutely perfect! Very clean very comfortable all the amenities you could want plus the location was perfect

Great location close to everything! House was immaculate and the AC was blasting when we got there. Highly recommend. Bring bug spray if you're going when mosquitos are going to be around!

Perfect is all I can say for this place. It is so close to Main Street but also far enough from the craziness! Super cute farmhouse style which I personally love also very homey and clean. We went for our first wedding anniversary and had the best experience. It was a plus that we could bring our fur baby with us as well! Def will stay here again when we stay in Fredericksburg!

Fantastic stay. House was very clean, cozy and cute. Lots of light. Big kitchen area, quiet bedrooms and large shower. Close to everything.

Honestly, it was really clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The only negative was the wifi was very spotty.

We had a wonderful time. The house is very nice and we and our dogs were very comfortable. Our only complaint is there is not much grass in the back yard and the rocks were rough on our dogs feet. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would love to go back again!

Everything was great. The house was super cute and welcoming. Had everything we needed and was decorated like home. The shower set-up is unreal too!

You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property and want their guest to feel comfortable. The property managers where quick to respond to any question and so friendly. The shower is heavenly and the waffle robes where a special touch. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I myself would book again when in Fredericksburg. Another plus is that is close to Main Street where you could walk if you wanted to. 10 out 10!

Property was clean, well appointed house, yard needs some work but after our winter, it is hard to complain. Worked great for us with our dog.
