Property was well maintained and clean. Exactly as described except for the 3rd bedroom with Bunks not really being a separate room. Besides that we had a terrific time and location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute condo - steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach. The beach area in front of this condo building was the least crowded and just right of the lifeguard stand. Absolutely- Perfect!

First of all, the MOST comfortable beds (even the bunks which was a surprise) and darkening blinds make for an excellent night’s sleep!! The pool AND beach give this place a “resort” feel. Grounds are immaculate. Place is clean. Definitely enough space and COMFORTABLE seating for everyone. Host was super nice and easy to get in touch with. Perfect location!! Refrigerator is large and cold, ice maker was a plus!! Unit was missing just a couple of items that are typically in a rental (e.g., salt/pepper, foil or wrap, basic cleaning supplies, BEACH TOWELS…). Overall, I give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property, clean, just as advertised, plenty of space for two separate families (one adult and one teen per family). Room for two cars in the carport.
Came here for a sports competition; our two girls are teammates and enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed area. They loved the cutout shelving. We liked that each adult had a private bedroom and bathroom.
Our host, Zach, was very responsive and helpful, and everything in the condo was exactly as pictured. Would stay here again; it's very clean and pretty!

Condo is very clean and updated. Nice location with a pool and easy access to the beach. It was nice to have beach supplies available to use (chairs, wagon, toys). The main restaurants are about a mile down the road, which we walked to, rather than fight for parking, and it wasn’t a bad walk. The only negative thing was only one garbage bag was supplied and we had to run out and buy a box (very minor inconvenience).

This place is exactly as listed. We have stayed in the townhomes here in a different unit and enjoyed the location so much we wanted to come back. Location is amazing. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. My only complaint would be about the 9am checkout. Thats a tad bit early for us as a family of 5 but we made it. We look forward to returning to this location again in the future.

We spent an amazing week at this property. It was exactly as pictured and had everything you’d need for a family with school-aged children. The wagon, umbrella, beach toys and chairs were super handy. It was a very short walk to the beach. The kids enjoyed the large pool every day too. Location was perfect and walking distance to many things, yet felt safe and quiet. The property manager was very responsive to questions before the stay. Would stay here again!

This is our 3rd year to stay here at the Townhouse and we love it. A perfect place for children. Easy access to beach, pool, shopping, etc. Looking forward to next year!

We truly enjoyed our visit! Townhome was beautifully renovated and styled, comfortable and located perfectly for beach access. Everything needed was provided - beach chairs, toys and even a wagon to cart them easily to the beach. Loved having the conveniences of home - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, smart tv's and plenty of room for our family. We'd happily stay here again!

No surprises with this rental. We were able to rest very well even during the day and take the short stroll to the beach. This complex is just the right place if you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing time.

This place was very nice & clean! It had a lot of room for storage & the view was nice. Zach was very kind & communicating was simple. I would recommend this little piece of Heaven get away. I plan on booking again in hopes the weather is much better. We had a great time!

The location was great with the beach just a short walk away and a pool right outside the door. Double balconies with a view of both (when keeping an eye on teenagers walking back and forth) was a big plus! Short drive to just about anything. Lots of restaurants nearby, but the kitchen was well stocked to stay in and cook as well. Townhouse was clean and we had plenty of space for 5 of us comfortably. Loved that there were beach toys for us to use and the card games for the evening we were rained in were nice to have. Communication was great, Zach made sure to let us know he was available anytime and provided all of the information we needed before we came in. No complaints, we would stay again.

My family had a great vacation at this property. Easy access to the pool and the beach. Shops and restaurants are a quick drive. Property was clean and Zach was very responsive to our needs. Will certainly stay here again.

Had a wonderful vacation!! Our condo was perfect, very clean and accommodating. Very close to the beach which was perfect for the kids. Had covering for vehicles which was great. Response to questions I had were answered very quickly along with description of what was available for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent family vacation spot!
The location of this property couldn't be better! It's right on the beach on the main strip. Anything you could need while on vacation is 5-10 minutes within reach. Great restaurants, shopping, and best of all...the beach. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Gulf Shores!

The location was excellent. Right on the beach and having a pool was great for the kids. We didn’t bring along any beach toys because we hoped there would be some there and boy were there!! Boogie boards, sand castle toys, a wagon, beach chairs, and more!! We hope to return!!

We have stayed here at Gulfside Townhomes for 6 years. Every year we’re in a different condo, this one is by far one of the nicest we’ve stayed in! The condo was well stocked, and had super comfortable beach chairs, boogie boards and skim boards, as well as lots of beach toys in the storage area. The courtyard is amazing with the pool and grassy area to play yard games! The owner was available for questions and was very helpful! The condo was comfortable and extremely relaxing! We loved our stay and plan to rent again!!

This condo was all that was represented. Very comfortable, amenities such as toy room for beach/pool toys a big plus for grand kids. Easy walking access to many stores and restaurants. Wonderful pool, easy access to beach. We had a great time, thanks.!!

What a great place to stay at! Very short walk to put your feet in the sand! The pool is right outside your door and your cars are under covered parking! Zach was great, when we needed anything and would highly recommend this lovely beach home.

Great spot for a family. Owner communication was good. Location is perfect. Our family had a great week. We booked under previous ownership and the condo sold prior to our stay (6/21). New ownership honored our previous commitment without hesitation. All told, we had a positive experience. Thank you!
