Elevator was broken and had to take multiple trips up 8 flight of stairs. Owner seemed very unconcerned; “These things happen.” When I asked for a few hours grace to check out later, I never heard from owner. Responded immediately when I said I was out of the property. Not a bad rental but beware of issues.

The checkin process was so easy and the location was perfect. I couldn’t have had a better stay.

This waterfront condo checks all the right boxes, clean, spacious, comfortable, quick walk to all things good, and an absolutely beautiful front seat view of the Historic Battleship along with stunning sunsets over the water. Host was responsive and incredibly generous. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The location, the view, accommodations and the flexibility of the owner in our check out time to accommodate my elderly mother and flight was so kind and appreciated. My son lives in Wilmington and it was so convenient. I will definitely book again and highly recommend.

We were in town to visit family and attend a concert on the river. It's our second time staying in this building, first time in this condo. Location is great. You can walk to everything and you have a great view of Cape Fear river while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was clean and comfortable. A gift basket was left for us which included snacks and a couple of 'single serve' bottles of wine. (class act) We would definitely stay here again.

Condo exactly as described. Nick is excellent host, accommodated our special request, timely communication. The view is beautiful. Great bars, restaurants and activities. Toured the battleship, Cape Fear museum and Bellamy Mansion. Beach is 15 minute drive. We will definitely here again.

My wife and I came to Wilmington for our grandson's wedding and stayed at nicks condo. The view is amazing. The walk to the parking garage is no big deal. We parked the car on Thursday and didn't use it until we left on Monday. Everything is within walking distance. When I stay at these places I always find a few negatives. Well, I found none. Nick is the perfect host. . I would absolutely stay at Nicks condo again. The gift basket was a nice touch.

Great place right on the river walk

The apartment is very nice, and located right on the Riverwalk. Has great views of the river as well as the battleship. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and sites downtown. And Nick was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend!

We love the way we could just park the car and walk all weekend. Everything is within a few blocks.

This quant condo was comfortable and located just a block from great restaurants, riverwalk and nightlife. The host was so helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

This was by far one of the best rentals we’ve experienced!! Gordon aka Nick was very available when needed. We loved it so much that we decided to stay another night and Nick made it very easy! The condo itself is located in the best part of downtown and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We will definitely be back!!!!

I know this might seem like a small thing, but you need to upgrade the bath, hand, and face cloths. They appear to be old and grey and feel very scratchy.

I really enjoyed my stay and the sunset views. The location was convenient to local reataurants, bars and shopping. I traveled alone and felt safe day and night. I recommend staying here and I will for sure be back.

Our stay was great! We were within walking distance to everything downtown. The view was gorgeous. The host was available to quickly answer any questions. We drove to Wrightsville beach for a day and to the Fort Fisher Aquarium and Carolina Beach on another day. The rest of the time, we hung out in downtown. I look forward to the next stay!

We had the best experience staying here and Gordon was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was so clean and the bed and couch were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it really is located in the perfect place downtown to walk to everything you could want- live music, great bars, yummy restaurants, quaint shopping. The view of Cape Fear from the balcony at sunset is worth the stay alone! Other reviewers commented on the noise so I wanted to address it- you will be hard pressed to find ANY condo or apartment in true downtown that isn’t loud. We have stayed at 4 different places and areas of downtown and they are all noisy. This place was actually quieter than two of the three where we have stayed before. It’s a bustling city! I do recommend bringing soft ear plugs if you struggle to sleep with intermittent noise. We will be back and I hope to stay in this condo again!

The condo was prefect for my wife and I. The location was accessible to tons of restaurants and sites in beautiful, downtown Wilmington.

I loved it. Nice set up and very clean. Great view and location. Plenty of choices for dining and the river walk is right across the street. Much better choice than a hotel room.

Long weekend at beach for New years. So location was the biggest factor. Park you car and walk to everything. Close to all bars and restaurants. Parking was a issue. No parking pass with this specific rental. Parking is free on street after 630 pm to 9am and Sunday’s. Ended up moving car around. Parking in a garage near library for Saturday (10.00). Would take that into consideration when booking. Condo was dated but clean. Linens were laundered but had stains on them and towels also. Not uncommon for beach rentals. Bedroom is by elevator and it is noisy. Light comes through window but could be blocked by black out curtains (Didn’t really bother us) yes heat /air is also there. Probably not the best for light sleepers. Overall would rent again because of location. Some suggestions-black out curtains. Luggage rack. I’m sure it’s widely different to rent in winter vs summer. Thanks.

If you are looking for a partying night life on the weekends, Friday and Saturday, then this is a perfect location. Bar located directly behind the condo which the bedroom faces has live and loud music on their patio until 2am. Lotus Social Club. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the music. Also, the elevator is directly across from the bedroom and you can enjoy the very late night guest that are staying on the same floor. If you are looking for quiet and absolutely beautiful view then Sunday and the week days are for you. Make sure you bring a towel to hang over the window in the bedroom to block out the very bright light in the hallway. Communication with the owner is fantastic and he quickly fixed the AC unit that was not working when we arrived the next day. He truly cares about his guest and so helpful. Will come back again on a Sunday and stay for a couple of days during the week.
