Overall enjoyed the stay. The carpet had pet stains that I wasn't pleased with. The property had no air conditioning which wasn't terrible but I feel that it should have been in the description of the property not in the check in process after it was already paid for. Ceiling fans in the bedroom would help a lot with this and help drown out the squeaky floors from the people upstairs walking around, quite noisy.

Reviewer Comments: Location was convenient but there were some serious draw backs: having to download an app to check in was not convenient while traveling in a low reception area (thanks for texting the code though!), the wifi was extremely poor, the condo was more like a basement apartment (not clear from pics), unfortunately the neighbors above were really loud and you could hear everything (!), there was a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, beds were ok but not comfy, and would have Loved a washer and dryer (my bad for not checking amenities in a condo). All in all a great location and very practical and last minute, but would not get again. Last but not least, overpriced. It was the most expensive stay on my trip and my least favorite.

The fireplace was a nice touch and the new microwave was great. Overall it was a quiet place, great location, and mgmt company very responsive. The not so good: The baseboard heaters were not working. In the primary bedroom, the heat would not shut off even though we turned the dial all the way to off. In the secondary bedroom the heat wouldn't come on. The maintenance guy said he fixed the one that wouldn't heat, but it stayed cold. He flipped the breaker to turn off the heat in the other bedroom (!). The shower curtain liner was disgusting (too long, discolored) and the sofa was a disgrace--old, worn and grimy-looking. The area rugs and mats looked filthy. The potholders no longer worked--we burned our fingers using them! Owner needs to get new sofa, rugs, potholders, shower curtain liner. I've stayed in Alpenglow many times--this is the worst unit I've seen. Final note: Salt does not fix the slick tile around the stairs. It just melts the ice--and the tiles are slippery when wet.

Very nice, modern condo with all the conveniences that you might find at a similarly priced hotel/vacation spot. Our only regret was the 1980's style coffee maker (auto drip) and the faulty TV/Cable that we barely used in between outdoor excursions. For families with kids, the TV is a must- it needs to work consistently. We found it difficult to keep DISH engaged in order to watch local channels. Great location for riding the alpine loop

The property was one block off the main street, two blocks from the only grocery store in town, which by the way had a GREAT meat market and fairly priced. There are many restaurants within a few blocks. Staying in Ouray, puts you within an hour of Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Telluride and Silverton. We enjoyed all three, in addition to Ouray. Highly recommend this stay.

Location is ideal if you want to walk around town- easy one block to the main drag. The place was not very big, but we had planned to be outside almost all the time, so that didn’t matter. 2 minor recommendations: possibly consider installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms and inspect the drain in the tub. Me, my husband and our 2 boys ages 6 & 8 stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect! We enjoyed sitting on the patio under the trees and being able to walk to main street for shopping and restaurants.

Excellent price! Great value for a family of 4. Just one block off Main Street so very convenient to 4th of July activities. Short walk for shopping and meals. Would definitely stay here again.
