The host were so helpful anytime I had a problem. Being right on the beach was so convenient with my kids. Such a cozy little place ☀️ my kids loved the pool so much.

Would def recommend staying here again; wonderful home. Walking distance from many places while being right off the beach! Owners were super responsive and sweet.

My husband and I had a wonderful time while staying at this condo over Memorial Day weekend. The check in instructions were detailed, clear, and easy. I loved that there was reserved parking. We did not have to wait long for the elevator. The condo was clean and had an excellent view of the ocean. My husband and I enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. I personally liked the fact that the facility as a whole is a smoke-free facility. The condo was just steps from the beach! Very couple or family friendly. 10/10 recommend this condo. Will be keeping this condo saved/ in mind for future trips to Gulf Shores.

When we saw the property listed; it said rent 4 nights and fifth night free. This was in May when we contacted them regarding the 5th night free we were told that expired in November. So the ad on line was a little misleading. We did enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores, staying at Merrill and Tys beautiful condo. Very clean, very spacious and very quiet. Loved every bit of it within walking distance to anything and everything. Excellent communication with Meryl and Ty.

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view. Right on the beach. Down a little ways from the main drag so the beach was populated but not crowded. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset and saw dolphins every morning not far off the beach. It was amazing. Could walk down to the main drag, was a little bit of a hike but doable. Lots to do in the area if you choose or just relax and enjoy the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location overlooking the beach. Plenty to do without the big crowds found at other popular vacation spots further south. Cool mornings with bright sunshine throughout day. I made use of the hot tub , pool and local golf courses. The zoo was also a fun afternoon. I’ll be back and bring a couple golfing buddies next time.

Very nice

The room was exactly as advertised, the beds were very comfortable for a rental and the check in was very easy . the host had great communication and even went out of their way to address the concerns i had about the beach restoration and went to the room and took pictures of the beach before my trip. i will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Four widows ages 72, 74, 76 and 82 spent a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. We enjoyed the balcony, swimming pool, hot tub and the wonderful scenery. We are looking forward to going back next spring or fall.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The overall layout was very nice. Great view and a comfortable balcony. If there had been a lounge chair, I could have slept out there. But, the bed was quite comfortable so that was nice too. Being on the 12th floor is a bit daunting to think about. We have never stayed in a unit that high. I'm happy to say that the elevators worked great so we had minimal wait time with no issues. And that did make for the great view. The kitchen area was okay. We were disappointed in the supply of cooking utensils. Fortunately, we weren't planning on doing much cooking, so we got by. Also, the only coffee maker was a Keurig. We brought a Mr. Coffee type, filters and coffee because we have run into that before. Just a heads up. All in all we were very satisfied with the condo. The owner was wonderful to work with. We would do it again

Our family of four enjoyed our time in this rental. It was perfectly located to walk right out on the beach or have a great view from the roomy balcony. Very close to restaurants and shops.

We had a great stay

The beachfront condo has an excellent view from the 12th floor and is right on the beach for easy trips to and from the property. It is also very clean, comfortable and the parking was a great convenience during our stay. And a special touch were the checks by hosts Meryl and Ty to make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay again.

This was our second year staying in this condo. We will forever make this our place to stay when we visit every year. The condo is clean, cozy and absolutely stunning views. Ty and Meryl are the best hosts you could ever ask for. They are always available to answer questions and just the sweetest all around. Me and my girls love it here and will be back sooner than later 💜

This was the perfect place for our visit. The owner checked in with us before we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. Once we got there we were greeted with a postcard and personalized note and a basket of snacks. They even had games set out on the table. The owner was very nice. The kid room was adorable! The place was clean and the view from the balcony is great, of course! Something as simple as the parking spot made things easier because it’s easy to see from the elevator. We enjoyed having access to the pool area especially with the kiddie pool. It was overall an awesome experience! We would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed twice and cant wait to stay again! This time we brought our 11 and 7 year old granddaughters. PERFECT for that age group!!! they had a blast. Thank you Meryl and Ty for being awesome, the special touches, and we will see you soon!!

The condo was very clean, fresh, and spacious. It is beautifully decorated and felt very relaxing. Meryl was so helpful and accommodating for our family with wonderful communication and timely responses for any questions we had. Check in and check out was a breeze. Having a designated parking spot near the elevator was a nice bonus as well. The condo is walking distance to the Hangout and several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!! Loved the condo! Loved the complex…loved it all!! Everything was soclean when we arrived! Had a cute welcoming basket which the kids loved. The beds were all soo comfy, even the pull out bed was said to be comfy! The master bedroom has a perfect view of the ocean. I loved watching the storms as night over the ocean from the bed and waking up to the beautiful view. (Missing it so much already!) The closet had plenty of hangers which was super nice!! The showers had great water pressure, plenty of towels, nice size bathroom!! The kitchen has a nice big refrigerator! The view was the balcony was wonderful. The grills that are provided by the condominiums were well kept & maintained. We enjoyed grilling out a few nights. It was so so so nice having a designated parking spot that was in the perfect location to the elevator! The pools and hot tubs were well maintained. On-site security was nice to have and the security officers were very polite and friendly. The chair rental company was affordable and had great staff working. This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores and we had a wonderful time!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better unit to stay in!!! The owners are so kind and easy to work it! It was really nice how they checked in on us periodically, it meant a lot actually. And when we were stuck in traffic, she even called me with a local back way to take to get around it!

I jut want to say that the hospitality that you will receive when staying here is above and beyond. From the moment we walked in to find a stack of games on the table with our signed seashell we left the last time we visited to the bowl of snacks with a welcome back card to greet us. The place is great! right on the beach and everyone we have met in the building has been a delight to meet. I highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ty and Meryl!

This was our first time to gulf shores and it did not disappoint! We had open communication with the people who owed it, the view was AMAZING, and you are perfect distance to all you need such a restaurants, shops and more! You will not go wrong picking this place!

Our stay was amazing. The condo was updated and classy already planning out next stat! Meryl and Ty are amazing as well and communicated with us when we needed to.

We had stayed here in October and loved it so much we came back for a summer stay. The owners are great and a wily anytime for answers to questions. The place was flawless and close to Bahama Bobs, one of our favorite places to dine. Meryl and Ty are super and I’m sure we will return. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great location for beach relaxation

We stayed for a weekend while my daughter had a soccer tournament in Foley. The condo was very clean. The beach access was easy. The parking space that was included with the condo was great, easy to get to and covered! We would recommend this condo as a good place to stay in Gulf Shores.
