We recently stayed at this property and could not have been more pleased. The house was so clean and accommodated many guests which was amazing! Highly recommend as the location is perfect, just a few minutes from Hardings beach and close to town. Will definitely be staying here in the future if it is available.

We loved our time at this beautiful home. A perfect place from which to enjoy beaches and forest walks, and to gather for meals and games and time together as a family.

We stayed here with a work group of about twelve adults and loved it. Super spacious, the living room and deck are wonderful, and location near Chatham main street plus proximity to beaches was amazing. We had the best time!

This place is very nice! Great view of the water and plenty of rooms. I would stay here again!

Our group was 10 adults, which was four couples and two singles. We all had lots of good options for sleeping arrangements and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers for a group of this size. In addition, there is a very large dining room table at which people plugged into work as necessary or did some gaming. The living area is large and comfortable and we all hung out there to relax and catch up. We ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen is very well stocked and really would be great if you were cooking in. Everyone enjoyed their stay, plenty of privacy balanced with outstanding common spaces, clean and convenient!

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great early summer stay. The views of the water were calming and the neighborhood very quiet. Great location in West Chatham. Communicating with Kibibi was easy. We look forward to coming back.

We had a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday and upcoming wedding! The property was perfect and fit 19 of us comfortably. The owner was responsive and very helpful throughout the weekend. The property was also clean and the fact that towels/sheets were provided made our stay that much better. I highly recommend glamping here!!

Great weekend for golf and the accommodations were prefect. Plenty of room clean and safe.

Everyone in our group loved the location and the house. We visited local and farther out beaches, strolled through town, used the kayaks on the river, and visited several museums/science centers. The age range for our group is 4 to 70+ and there was something for everyone. The house has a wonderful deck overlooking the Oyster River and lots of indoor space for dancing, theatrics, kids games.

Great house for large groups/family gatherings. Has everything you need for from cooking supplies to board games. My only reservation would be having to set up all the beds/linens upon your arrival and before you leave, seems like this would be a service provided by the house given the amount a guest is paying to stay there.

This is a beautiful home that is large enough to host a family reunion of 20 - 25 people. The back deck that overlooks the water, is a great place to hang out and the gas fireplace is awesome for chilly evenings. The kayaks were a big hit with the chidren.We hope to return again sometime.

This was a terrific house for a large group. The two kitchens came in very handy as well. We enjoyed our stay here. It's convenient to the downtown area as well as the beach. It also overlooked a quiet harbor.

I shared this house with my family and friends the weekend of my wedding. It is beautiful and spacious and we all had a blast. Betsey was extremely accommodating and so easy to work with!! I am from the Cape as is she, so we both cherish being able to share the experience of Cape living with others. They take great pride in this home. If I ever have another get together I wouldn't hesitate to rent. Thank you so much!!

We had a great week at 14 Squanto! It was perfect for our group of various ages. The house is in a great spot and it is so clean and spacious. We loved sitting out on the deck. Betsey was amazing and helped us with all our questions. We loved the seal tour she recommended. We hope to be able to stay there again next year!

We had a large group with lots of kids, and they were never wanting for things to do.

We have stayed at this property for a couple years now, and love it. We searched over many years for properties large enough to accommodate our large group (15-20 spanning young children to greying). Plenty of parking, bedrooms, and baths for large groups (multiple families), with roomy shared spaces for eating and relaxing together. This past stay, there was some rain, but even stuck in a house all day was relaxing and not claustrophobic as in some rentals. The beaches nearby are great (a little more protected in terms of waves), and plenty of good eats if needing to eat out on occasions. Kitchen is well stocked for sit-down meals. Also, the owners are wonderful and helped us accommodate some circumstances; they really care about the property and it shows.

Every day was perfect! We kept discovering new favorite places within and outside the house! Kayaking, beach, yoga, puzzles, movies, and fabulous meals created with love in super well equipped kitchens! 20 people total attended our family reunion - coming from NY, PA, OR, ME, CO, MA, OH, CT - some stayed a few days, and others the whole week! What a great setting for a wonderful week!

Our family feels so fortunate to have found this beautiful property! My sister was married in early June followed by a gathering in Chatham for a special family reunion. My parents were able to somewhat relax before the wedding, and REALLY relax afterward, reminiscing with extended family from all over the country! Our family really appreciates good food, wine, laughter and comfort. This home fit the bill perfectly! We felt blessed with the beautiful wedding, the well-equipped accommodations - and the weather! Highly recommended!

Perhaps the best part about renting this home was feeling as though I was staying in a friend's home. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and friendly! I was able to actually tour the home long before our scheduled arrival and knew it would be just perfect for our out of town family and friends attending our daughter's wedding. A welcome bottle of wine was an unexpected delight! How many owners do that??? Our friends and family who stayed here raved about the views, the open gathering spaces, the access to kayaking and all of the outdoor decks where all could take in the beautiful view together. The rustic style and comfortable decor provided the perfect place to gather and share good times! I highly recommend this property!

There once was a strong group of women who worked together, and were in desperate need for a retreat. So they boarded planes, originating in many different cities and made a trek to the Cape. The festivities began with a meal shared by all, good food and conversation ensued. There were many dance parties & a lot of laughter, games, heart-to-heart sharing, sealing the bond of the group of strong women! Long journeys on the local roads, by walk or run, taking in the lovely sights. This morning we depart back to the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, awaiting the time we are together again! This was absolutely perfect – we enjoyed our time immensely! The house was everything we needed and more! OH, MO, VA, VA, KY, IL, PA, LA, NJ
