Beautiful pool and condo. Spacious so we all had quiet and privacy but also enjoyed the gorgeous pool and time together. Hope to be back!

Amazing property and location.

We had an amazing time. There was a to. Do do. Great homing and the pool was amazing everyday. We will definitely add this to our let’s go back list.

Our family of three stayed at this property while we visited family in Phoenix metro for a few weeks. The area has tons of entertainment options for every age within a 20 minute drive, many within a 10-15 minute drive. I’m definitely a biased reviewer because Scottsdale is my home town, but you cannot find a better spot to visit (or stay forever!). The house itself is a “split ranch” with a primary suite on one side and two bedrooms and a hall bath on the other side. The outdoor space is outstanding, featuring a gorgeous pool with a slide, waterfall, shallow shelf, and spa. There’s also a huge fire feature, an outdoor kitchen area, and several mature citrus trees. Communication with the host and property managers was excellent. This platform caused a number of problems during booking, and we experienced a mechanical issue during our stay, but we worked together to resolve everything. The owner and his team truly go out of their way to provide a comfortable environment for their guests. (Thanks, Jordan!!) In short, I highly recommend this property.

House was absolutely perfect. Pool and hot tub was fun for the entire family. Split floor plan has the master on one-side of the house which give the kids the other side. Nice quite neighborhood. Plenty to within a short distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay at this property. There were so many kid friendly amenities that were extra nice to have with a 4 yr old and 5 month old (bouncer, pack and play, games and books). Also it’s so close to so many things, we we’re able to be enjoy morning walks to Starbucks. The pool/backyard was C amazing and so clean. We plan on returning and sharing with friends-family as a recommendation.

This place is a little piece of perfection!!! Property manager is amazing, instruction are easy to follow, the house is to die for, the backyard is phenomenal! I had been talking with the property owner as well and he is awesome! We have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals and this one is easily in the top 3! Plenty of space for everyone yet awesome common areas to be together! 15/10 recommmend!

Purfect, place for families. Close to playgrounds, restaurants, coffee shops all within walking distance. Neighbors were quiet. Pool was amazing!

This property was as advertised. The backyard was its own mini-resort with the pool, hot tub and fire in the evening. The house was clean, well kept and in excellent condition. We liked the proximity to hiking, restaurants, golf and other activities. We would highly recommend this property.

This was a wonderful spring break escape for our family. The pool is definitely the highlight but the whole property has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind. There is so much to do in the Scottsdale area but our favorite afternoons were those spent in the backyard. Cathy was incredibly helpful and responsive and the whole stay was just fantastic. We often look to travel to new locations and try new things but this place has us reconsidering - would definitely come back and would highly recommend!

We loved this property! It had a wonderful back yard pool that my grandchildren loved. The house itself was very up to date and clean. It was well equipped, although I’m not sure if it is because everyone that stays leaves things behind. The husband and wife property managers were very responsive when the pool heater wasn’t working. I wish that we could stay here again next year, but we will have more family coming and will need a 4 bedroom house.

The pool is worth the price. Enough said, but I will elaborate. Kids always asking you to play with them? Feel like you need a vacation from a vacation? Look no further. The heated pool will make your kids forget that you're there so you can sit back and relax by the outdoor fire. We happened to stay during a "polar plunge" so temps were low, but that didn't stop us from swimming. The bathroom access from the backyard was perfect! It truly felt like a private resort. The house is well stocked and allowed us to eat in a lot. I don't think I have stayed at a VRBO that has been this well stocked (or clean). The floorploon is spacious and perfect with the master bedroom on one end of the house. Would be over the top if exercise equipment was added to the master (there's room), but I'm on vacation so am I really going to work out? The house is CLEAN with a lot of cleaning supplies, so if you're like me and clean even on vacation, all your boxes will be checked. We LOVED the neighborhood and felt safe. It has a lot of walking trails and the kids enjoyed our walks to Crumble for cookies or to one of the many nearby parks. The property manager was a delight and made check-in easy. She even brought our instacart groceries in when she arrived before us. We are looking at booking again soon, and often. Click reserve and book this place, you won't regret it!

This truly was the best vacation we have ever gone on. We basically lived in the backyard for 5 days straight. The house was absolutely amazing: private, luxurious, equipped with so many things for our 7 month old baby, comfortable, and close to several attractions, stores, and restaurants. The backyard was one-of-a-kind and was very well planned out. We sat by the fire each night, picked fruit from the trees each morning, used the grill multiple times per day, and enjoyed every second in the pool and hot tub. We went for walks around the neighborhood, which was surprisingly quiet. The owner and property managers were very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We can't wait to come back here again.

We (4 adults) stayed for 7 days. The heated pool/hot tub/outdoor fireplace were all amazing and super easy to control! The outdoor kitchen/dining area was great! The entire outside was enclosed within a concrete privacy fence. The house itself is well layed out for multiple groups of people. While we didn't use them, but there were tons of games/toys/books for children and even a "nursery-ish" area with a pack n play/crib. There was a GPS available if we needed it. Very close (within walking distance) to Starbucks/Walgreens/NY Bagles(recommend!). Walking trails through the neighborhood were nice. The house sits on a cul de sac so no traffic or noise pollution. Just a short drive from some amazing restaurants (The Lure & Roka Akor were our personal favorites) Would sleep up to 7 in the beds! Highly recommended for anyone staying in the area! The personal check-in experience and availability/communication of the host was excellent. Thank you to Jordan and team for making the stay wonderful!

Had a great time here. The pool is amazing- worth the price if you don’t want to stay at a resort. Walking distance to 3 playgrounds. Pool toys, childrens toys inside, and even a balance bike for the littlest kids ensured they were occupied and content. For the adults, it was quiet and relaxing. Nice sun exposure. Great place! Would stay here again.

Let’s be honest, you’re renting this house for the pool and it doesn’t disappoint. But more than that, this house has everything. Just bring your clothes and your swimsuit because they have everything else. Toddler potty, pack n play, booster, high chair, plenty of kids toys and books, bikes (including balance bikes and helmets) all the pool floats. This house was fully stocked. It had plenty of room and was super comfortable. This house is at the end of a quiet court and within walking distance to two playgrounds. It’s great for kids who need room to run and play. Beyond that, this was by far the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The owner was very responsive and helpful, the local contacts were great with check-in/check-out. Thank you Jordan. We’ll be staying here when we come back to Arizona!

We loved the location, the pool, and the updated interior. We would highly recommend this house for a young family.

This property is awesome! We had our sons 7 and 11 with us, the pool is perfect for a hot day! They swam twice a day for a week and were never bored. Lots of pool toys available. The house is clean and well stocked. The hosts were readily available ! I would highly recommend the property, close to shopping and in a nice neighborhood.

We took our two teenage sons and our 6 year old daughter for an after school getaway and this location was absolutely perfect! Every single one of us loved the location. The backyard was like it's own oasis with the amazing pool and waterslide. The location is so close to everything. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time in this house! The house itself is updated and modern in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We took daily walks around the surrounding trails and neighborhood in the morning before it got too hot. We loved our afternoons in the sun, the backyard oasis was amazing! We used the hot tub and fire pit several nights as well. Our only constructive feedback would be to upgrade the limited cable package as well as the only TV on the property to a smart TV for easy access to Prime, Netflix, etc... because every time we turned off the TV we lost it’s internet connection and had to go through the whole process again to login to WiFi and then login the Netflix, etc. The HDMI connection did not work. That being said, we still give the property high props and would stay again. Cathy greeted us and was very sweet and helpful. Easy rental process and checkout was a breeze. Thanks, Jordan!!

Jordon was great as well as Cathy. Very nice home in a perfect location close to everything. If you want a pool theirs should be on the cover of Better Homes and Garden. We hope to return for future stays.

This is a great house and amazing pool and backyard setup. Perfect for two couples with great common space. Location is close to so many things including Old Town Scottsdale, golf courses and hiking. We had a couple meals on the large grill in their outdoor kitchen. Nicely stocked kitchen, linens, pool towels, pool toys, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a grapefruit tree! The backyard was like your own private resort. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is amazing! The kids couldn't get enough of the slide & waterfall. It was a nice bonus that there were pool toys available to use, kept the kids entertained for countless hours. We enjoyed most of our meals outside under the shaded patio. The house was perfect, it had everything we needed for the week and has a wonderful location.

Jordan and the property care takers were so responsive to any questions we had. Backyard is so relaxing and everything so clean! We loved our visit.

First of all Jordan the owner is great to work with and easy to communicate with prior and during the stay. Cathy & Chris are the local contacts and were very helpful, friendly and resourceful from the eminent we arrived to our departure. The house is a great family home and has recently been remodeled so everything felt new. My wife and I were joined by her brother and family including 3 boys under 11. The pool was perfect for them - the slide, waterfall, fountains, shallow area, etc. kept their interest and entertained them throughout the stay. Grill area was perfect for grilling up dinner and after the kids went to bed we enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit and sipping our favorite beverages. Location is also perfect for family’s- aquarium and butterfly museum is 10 mins away - really great facility that kept everyone entertained for a day. Zoo is close by as well and there are numerous great restaurants within 15 minutes. Lake view coffee is worth the walk or a short drive.
