My childhood home was blocks away, so this visit was very nostalgic. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautiful and spacious. Our boys loved the saltwater pool and hot tub! We managed to get to Nokomis beach a couple times, but enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool. And having Alexa inside the house was pretty neat! Would stay again 💯!

We had a very nice stay here! Clean, comfortable, beautiful outdoor space! We enjoyed the turtle neighbors! This is located minutes from 41, so easy access to everything in Venice.

This is a nice house just minutes from downtown Venice and the beach, it was renovated not long ago so nicely appointed with comfortable bedrooms. The pool and hottub are nice, there’s a great patio, grill, lots of TVs and an outdoor fire pit area. Very relaxing, and the host was super responsive – brought new glasses immediately when I pointed out they were lacking. Only minus is that the kitchen is missing a lot of core supplies. Would recommend.

We chose this property to visit some family in the nearby area.The home was spotless and very well equipped.Jason, the owner, was easily accessible and answered the few questions we had very quickly. The backyard is perfect for evenings around the fire with privacy.I highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful home, complexity heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, and smart home features throughout. We also loved the neighborhood tortoises! Highly recommend this for families!

The house was very clean and well stocked. My adult boys were excited about the special shark tooth scooper. The pool was wonderful. The fire pit area was so pretty, we had a lot of fun there. The guys all enjoyed the dock by the creek. It was a wonderful getaway, close to everything!! We very much enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommended this super cute house!!

My family of 7 had a wonderful time!! The house was clean and well stocked!! They thought of everything!! The beach supplies were a very nice bonus, especially the shark tooth scooper. The pool was fabulous. The fire pit area was so pretty, we had a lot of fun using that!! The guys liked fishing off the dock by the creek. This was a super cute house, close to everything!! We really enjoyed ourselves!! I highly recommend this house!!

We had a wonderful time. The house was stocked with all the essentials such as towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The heated pool was fabulous as was the hot tub. The backyard area was beautiful. Overall a great stay, no complaints.

Jason reached out and sent a link to a booklet all about the property - inside and out! He answered our questions really fast and was so welcoming. The house is conveniently located to downtown and the dog beach. Our pups had a blast and we had a great vacation.

This place was amazing for our family vacation! The outdoor area and backyard was the best part of all! Wonderful neighbor hood. The owner was so kind and easy to get ahold of. We will definitely be going back here!

It was a comfortable home. Looks just like the photographs. Nice, quiet neighborhood. There was a hidden fee for heating the pool per day. The firepit propane tank was empty and did not function reliably. The caretaker was friendly but works full time in another state which causes delays in responses.

The house overall was cute & comfortable. That being said it was only me & my husband. We stayed at a VRBO in February & it’s kitchen was beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need from nice pots & pans to coffee, filters, oils & spices. So, this kitchen was a bit of a disappointment. The pots & pans really need to be updated. The dishes, silverwear & glasses were nice. The master bedroom is roomy & the bed was decent. The other 2 bedrooms are quite small, but do each have a tv. The out door space with TV was really great! We enjoyed the pool & the backyard was very private & good for corn hole. The hot tub was a little green & slimy. I don’t know if the pool service takes care of that or not. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

After being scammed by a different VRBO host and had no place to stay.I found this property last minute and booked it. The host, Jason, was absolutely wonderful and I cannot be more great full for him saving our long weekend! The house is beautiful! Extremely clean! We really loved everything about it! Thank you again for everything!!

The property was nice. Enjoyed the Lanai and backyard the most. The Owner needs to have Manuals for TV, appliances, etc. Had electrical problems and Which put a damper on our visit. We spent the first 3 days getting everything to work correctly. The owner lives in DC, but was easy to get ahold of. Paid a lot to rent for a week and all should have been perfect. I notified the owner of of problems and I think he will take care of it.

Location is excellent. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We brought our dog and morning walks was a must. Felt very safe. My family and I enjoyed many different beaches to come home to a perfect night swim. The TV area outside was excellent. Time was hardly spent inside. A few minor hiccups but the host was on top of it. Excellent communication! Would highly recommend.

We rented this home for a family "SuperBowl Sunday" gathering with 3 out-of-town relatives. The property was exactly as described, comfortable and well stocked. It was exactly what we were needed and hoped for. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. The location is a short drive to the island/downtown Venice, beaches about 10 min away, Wawa & Walmart less than 2 miles...nothing is too far. The curb appeal is underwhelming when you pull up...but when you open the door and walk inside...Feels Like Home! Interior was super clean, comfortable and well designed. The mature tropical backyard made for a perfect walk with our tiny dog. Be sure to take a walk back to the small dock overlooking Alligator Creek, serenity (wear bug spray though). The pool space was large, screened and even during a rainstorm we could stay dry under the wide overhang. There's a Keurig making morning coffee a breeze for those with varying tastes (BYOKcups). If you like a quick breakfast and delicious donuts and such, don't miss Yummies Donuts at the corner where you turn to access the neighborhood. Super close, super yummy! The fridge is large and even an extra one in the garage if needed for drinks, etc. For quick nearby lunch or dinner, do not miss a trip to Mad Dogs hotdog drive-through (in the movie theater parking lot, also a great place for rainy days)...exceptional service and every combination imaginable. Oreo milkshakes, wow! Thanks for a great experience!

One of the best things that I love about the house it was the terrace in closure no mosquitos while in the pool and watching television while injoing the pool......I will recommended to anyone.

This house is a great location to many beautiful beaches and Venice restaurants. Everything you need for a great day at the beach is provided including beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The house itself was very clean, had a nice layout and decor. We had everything we needed to have our morning coffee and cook meals. The outdoor space was truly amazing. We spent lots of time in the lanai playing games and watching the outdoor TV. The salt water pool was fantastic.

We had 5 female adults stay for a local wedding, and it was exactly what we needed. The house is clean, the pool was awesome, the tv's are amazing, and it was well stocked for kitchenware. The location is very easy to get to and is conveniently located near so many places to eat and visit. I also enjoyed the vimeo Jason sent to show what was expected and what to look forward to. Jason was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Thanks again!
