How convenient it was to downtown & reservations

To early for pool to open Lol Memorial Day is official obviously

Breakfast was amazing, room was excellent and surrounding was peaceful.

We liked the space to stretch out. The kitchen was great. The couch was nice for watching tv

Not crazy about the breakfast.

Lobby, elevator and halls were all clean and everything was updated. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

Dishwasher or sink was leaking?? There was water coming from it towards the bathroom, but it wasn’t too bad, just cleaned it up with a towel. Oh and the hotel caught fire at some point and we all had to hang out outside for a while and the hotel smelled like smoke for the rest of the time I was there but I’m assuming that was a guest’s fault and not really the hotel’s fault.

Loved the location and the staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good and ready to go! I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

I wish I could of opened the window in this room. It got a little stuffy.

It was indeed a hotel room.

Triple charged for a room. First when I paid for the room in advance. Once when I checked out, then when I called to correct the issue one charge was refunded... then I was charged a third time to a different card that was on file. None of these charges were refunded automatically as if they were a deposit after 3 weeks, these were all exact amounts for the cost of the room. If you don't know how the relationship between you and a third-party listing company functions - then you shouldn't list your property on that site. Every person I spoke to at this hotel was playing "trial and error" games with the computer to even try and figure out if the room was paid for. Just embarrassing service. Will not return.
