The breakfast was excellent! The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our needs. Pool hours were a little restrictive. We were never disturbed by noises from other patrons which is very unusual with hotels in general.

Extend pool hours to help families with children. They get up earlier and become restless.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Best I have experienced at a hotel. Location was excellent for my needs.

First room when getting ready to retire for the night had a constant knocking coming from over the vent and ceiling in bathroom. Front desk employee came to room and could not determine what was causing it. Moved me to another room on the third floor. Although it says no smoking facility someone in that room before me had been smoking. The smell was still in the room. At this point I was too tired to move again, so I went ahead and stayed for the night. Other than this incident everything else about the facility was excellent.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, it was economical.

There was no ice machine on our floor.

No maid service on the first morning. Smoking in the adjacent room at 12.30 am. We were offered to change rooms at that time. Staff promised contact from management which did not occur.

good and courtesy staff. there was a plumbing issue but was corrected after 2 hours and the front desk has personally apologized and offered discount due to the inconvenience. good hospitality

location, limited pet friendly, breakfast. the staff was exceptional. they catered to our every need.

the hot water system was not dependable. the exterior door key code scanners only worked sporadically. the tub was old and stained and had been sloppily caulked. the telephone did not work. there were two early am fire alarm events. one was due to cooking and the second was never explained. during these events the temperature was in the teens.

friendly staff, The room was beautiful, bed and furniture was very comfortable! everything was functional and worked well.

an odd smell in the hallway at arrival, had some issues with parts of the room not being clean example: strands of hair in the bathtub at arrival, near the bed was an eyelash and a used bottle/rapper under/around bed area and for the price I was slightly disappointed that they didn’t take more time to clean the room.

The breakfast waas good.

It took the shower a long time to get hot and the water spicket in the tub was extremely loose.
