Very clean, beautiful house

We absolutely loved this property. They thought of everything and it was even better than we expected. Stunning view, private salt water pool…it was remote and quiet (which is exactly what we were looking for) yet close to everything you needed at the same time. You definitely need a car but one was quickly and easily arranged for us. We are already organizing a return here next year! Cannot say enough good things about our stay here.

We absolutely loved Blooming Villa! It was within walking distance to Baie Rouge beach….we thought it was the best beach on the island! This is a gated community and it felt very safe. The house is so clean, all the comforts of home, beautiful views, great pool…we couldn’t have asked for anything more! The property manager, Angie, was so wonderful to work with! She was so helpful with any questions I had prior to travel and helped arrange a rental car etc. She met us at the Villa at check in and showed us all around the Villa and answered any questions etc. We will definitely contact her for any future stays. Enjoy!!

Our host Angie was very attentive and we wanted for nothing. All supplies were readily available. Very clear instructions on entering and exiting the property. Can’t say enough good things. Definitely will return to this property.

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a week at this true oasis on the French side of St. Maarten. The villa felt extremely private and secure, with one gate enclosing the property and another enclosing the neighborhood/street. The beautiful and quiet Baie Rouge beach is right across the street from the neighborhood entry, less than a 5 minute walk away. The amenities within the villa itself were perfect and added to the ease of our stay. We were able to utilize the washer as well as kitchen appliances, such as a Nespresso machine! Each bedroom is kept cool and comfortable by air conditioning units, a contrast to the open air layout of the living room, kitchen, and deck space. Most importantly, the view and garden surrounding the plunge pool was beautiful to wake up and go to sleep to. Angie, our host, is a true professional. She was happy to assist us with our needs prior to our arrival as well as during our stay, even directing us when booking a trip to St. Bart's. She was extremely kind and prompt, we couldn't have asked for a better host! Some recommendations for your visit: for dinners, we greatly enjoyed our experiences at Buona Notte and Emilio's. We also enjoyed two great breakfasts out at Reveil Matin. For beaches, we highly recommend visiting Mullet Bay, Simpson Bay, and Orient Bay. Each of these beaches had numerous restaurants as well as chairs/umbrellas available for rental.

From start to finish, Angie, the property manager, could not have been more accommodating or better about communicating with us before and during our stay. To say she went the extra mile would be an understatement. She is professional and very kind. This beautiful bungalow is situated in a private and peaceful in the lovely Terres Basses neighborhood with gorgeous sunrises and relaxing sunsets from the lanai. The tropical gardens surrounding the property are well maintained and beautiful to take in as well. The villa is perfectly appointed for all you will need during your stay in Saint Martin. Location is everything with this gem of a property, and you won't find a better host!

Great location - close to lots of restaurants and beaches (via rental car)

We were guests in this villa for a week and would come back anytime. The welcome from Angie was very warm, friendly and professional and she also regularly but discreetly inquired about our well-being afterwards and answered questions. The villa is well equipped, everything has been thought of. Especially nice is the location of the villa. The view from the terrace is in my opinion even more beautiful than in the photos. The terrace and pool are not visible, so it feels very intimate and secluded. The constant light breeze from the sea is very pleasant. One of the most beautiful beaches, which also allows you to enjoy a fantastic sunset, is just a few minutes walk away. Supermarkets can be reached by car in a few minutes and the market in Cupecoy was also open on Sundays. In short, a fantastic stay

My husband and I stayed for a week at the villa for a quiet getaway, and it did not disappoint! The view was amazing, the villa was just as pictured, and the bed was very comfortable. Angie the property manager was friendly and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed a short walk to the beautiful Trou David and Baie Rouge beach. The villa is a 5 minute drive to Porto Cupecoy which has a variety of restaurants in a piazza-like setting, offering delicious food with friendly service. There is also a market and a small casino in the port. We stocked the fridge with breakfast and lunch items from the market, and ate our dinner most nights in the open air at the port. It’s a very pretty spot, great for a romantic dinner out. The villa is also a short drive from the airport and Topper’s Rhum Distillery, which anyone visiting the island should not miss! The tasting tour was a lot of fun. The Art Box located across the road from the distillery was an excellent spot to pick up a souvenir created by a local artist. We would gladly book this villa again, and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Angie for such a memorable stay!

This house was just the most lovely. It met all our needs. The house manager Angie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and continued to help us out during our trip. Fantastic views. Great pool. Quiet street. Scenic and wonderful !

The Villa and the view was the highlight of our trip. The pool was the perfect temperature and the Caribbean breeze was delightful. Angie was very responsive and helpful and even arranged Covid tests for us at the Villa since they were required to return home.

This is an amazing property that my wife and I can not get enough of! Angie is the best and the property is better than advertised, which is hard to imagine looking at the pictures!

Lessive à disposition (lave linge et sèche linge). Quartier très bien sécurisée dans résidence au calme. Tout a été parfait. Situation idéale, à 2 mns de la superbe plage de Baie Rouge. Absolutely beautiful view. Incredible location. My wife and I had a fabulous time at Blue Villa for two weeks. Our contact Angie was there for check in and corresponded with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed

House is as advertised. Two bedrooms en suite with a common area in the middle. The best feature is the covered veranda with a nice view. Virtually impossible to get from the road to the house. A very narrow incredibly steep drive way leads up to the veranda. Going up to the house is not for the faint of heart.

We enjoyed this property's outdoor living style very much. Since both bedrooms lead to the outdoors patio only and the living room//kitchen space is outdoors as well, you basically live outdoors, which is amazing. The views are fantastic, the area is very safe and short walking distance to Baie Rouge beach, which is our favorite in Low Lands. Villa location was very convenient for access to both sides of the island. It's a wonderful place and we would love to return again.

This property was wonderful with a beautiful view and was extremely quiet. Sitting in the outdoor living room made it feel like we were the only ones on the island. Angie, the property manager was absolutely wonderful and was there to show us around the property and to answer any questions we had. There were a couple of things we reached out to her for over WhatsApp and she was incredibly fast to respond. There was a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but Angie was on top of it making calls to the provider and even the property owner stopped by to help troubleshoot. The pool was excellent and plenty deep for adults. We hope to come back soon!

This house is perfectly situated for relaxing and exploring. The home is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and have a comfortable stay. Angie was quick to help with any questions we had, and even arranged for a (lovely) nurse to come to the villa and do our covid tests required to return home . I would come back to this home again and highly recommend it!

Both the property and the property manager, Angie, were gems. This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. I can't say enough about the heavenly views and how nice it was too have a pool and lounge chairs. The house faces east and the sunrises were beautiful. The evening has great shade. We would rate the place a 12 out of 10. Do bring bug spray as we did provide a good amount of blood to the mosquito's. And Angie was the best!! We ran into car trouble with our rental and she was so helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat. We even made friend with some iguana friends.

Me and my wife had a great time here. Angie was fantastic and helped us when we arrived. I would definitely come back here again!

THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN A PANORAMIC POSITION IN A VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE MARIGOT AREA NEXT TO BAIE ROUGE BEACH. VILLA IS LOCATED AMONGST HILLS, BEAUTIFUL TREES AND FLOWERS. THE PRIVATE PATIO POOL IS SURROUNDED BY A WELL KEPT GARDEN AND A LAWN. THERE IS A TWO CAR PARKING SECURED BY A PRIVATE GATE AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE VILLA. THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE BOASTS AN OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA WITH A SOFA, ARMCHAIRS AND A DINING AREA WITH A BUILT IN BARBECUE WHICH IS IDEAL FOR HAVING TASTY GRILLS WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THE ROOMS ARE STRATEGICALLY ALIGNED ON ONE FRONT TO ENJOY MAXIMUM EXPOSURE TO THE OUTDOOR SPACE WHICH IS EMBELISHED BY A SOOTHING POOL. AROUND THE POOL YOU WILL FIND A SOLARIUM AREA WITH DECK CHAIRS AND PARASOLS. IT IS VERY QUIET ALL DAY AND AT NIGHT THE HOUSE TRANSFORMS INTO A COZY PLACE ENHANCED BY THE STRATEGICALLY PLACED LIGHTING INTERTWINED WITH THE BREATHTAKING SUNSET GLOW. ANGY AND MARRIANE ARE AMAZING AND WERE ACCESSIBLE VIA CELLPHONE OR TEXT IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR NEEDED RECOMMENDATIONS. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE WE WOULD RATHER BE.

We were 2 couples on this trip and we both absolutely loved this place! The view is stunning, just couldn't get used to it, felt like a dream everytime we got up in the mornings! Marianne was a pleasure to deal with and was always available when we needed her. The place was clean, and yes the water was not as hot as it would be back home but in all honesty a little cool down wasnt so bad after being in the hot caribbean sun all day long. We are already planning our trip back for next year and would not stay anywhere else.

We had the perfect stay in this villa. The villa was beautiful, chic, clean, and just the right size. Safe as well! Both bedrooms are very nice and the living room/kitchen area is very nice as well. Plus, the kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, so it was easy to cook breakfast and dinner! The location is great as well. It is a five minute walk to Baie Rouge, which is a very beautiful beach. There are multiple other beaches, restaurants, and markets within driving distance as well. The best part was the view outside of the villa. We spent a lot of time on the deck, either relaxing on the chairs or in the pool. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea, of Marigot, and the mountains. It was truly beautiful. Marieanne, the host, was extremely helpful and was very willing to answer all of our questions. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I cannot recommend it enough!

Pictures do not do this great house justice. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possible want with a beautiful view. Meticulously clean with every amenity. Close to nice restaurants if you want, but you won't want to leave if you enjoy cooking. Quick walk to beautiful, uncrowded beach with Great swimming. Best thing of all is it is very private, safe and quiet. You feel like you are on a deserted island and sleep like a baby. Owner was accessible if needed but we needed nothing! Recommend LeSand restaurant, tennis at American tennis academy with Oliver and the supermarket at Cupecoy. Back to Connecticut tomorrow but will be back. Le propriétaire était accessible en cas de besoin , mais nous avions besoin de rien! Recommander un restaurant LeSand , tennis à l'académie de tennis américaine avec Oliver et le supermarché à Cupecoy .

We love this villa up to date ...clean, quiet, very confortable, nice pool, very safe with privacy, no smoking inside, very good wifi, and the most is the spectacular view overlooking Marigot bay 2 bedrooms both with private toilets and shower and safe box... Kitchen full equipped , large seating place with TV, music.... Very large deck around the pool Private parking, little garden We spend 3 weeks there and we really enjoyed this relaxable stay Go there...you will be not upset !!!!!
