This was the nicest place we have ever rented. Very nice, all 7 king size bedrooms & bathrooms large. Kitchen & family room was very very nice. The little ones loved games and sliding down the stairs. Christmas was big, but NO lights, a disappointment. Had upper deck and lower deck, but weather didn't us to use it. Hope to visit again when we can use the deck.

This was by far the best trip for us, the condo was more than expectation of ours. everything you could possibly need was there and more. the views were amazing, and the beds were so comfortable it was great. we will be back next year. Thank you for helping us make memories well never forget

We took our 3 Adult sons and their families to Branson to celebrate Thanksgiving. There were 16 of us and the 7 bedrooms worked perfect. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook a Thanksgiving feast And the 2 Dishwashers and 2 Refrigerators were a plus. Eddie was very easy to work with for reservations. I will stay here again!

Great place to stay with our large group that a times wanted to divide in small family groups in their own private rooms. Ideal for any group wanting to have a nice wide open are for group gatherings but also a private space with own bathroom. Loved this house!!

The lodge is spacious and comfortable. Definitely accommodates large families with large bedrooms and baths as well as the comfy living area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving your large family. The covered porches are so nice for sitting in the mornings and evenings with the view of Table Rock Lake. We had a wonderful family time at the pool and playing games and cards at the large tables. The kids loved the foos table and the video games. That was a real treat! We had such a great time we immediately booked for next year! Can’t wait!

We booked a trip pre-covid and unfortunately we had to cancel our June 2020 trip. Eddie worked with us on rebooking and we finally were able to cash in. We stayed in the Rustic Ridge house over the 4th of July long weekend and enjoyed every moment. They had everything you could think to need and some. We had a view of the lake and access to a pool up the road. Which was perfect for our kids while the parents cooked supper. Eddie was easily accessible via text or email, even when we couldn’t figure out the ac at 10pm our first night. Offering to send out his HVAC guy the following morning. We of course got is going and never had another issue. The location was perfect as we had access to a grocery store, Dollar General, and Deer Run Convenience where you could get fishing supplies, licenses, and info to the best fishing holes and lake swimming holes. Again, we can’t think of a negative thing about the house or location. We could watch the fireworks around the lake on the dual level decks. Highly recommended and if we book again we will definitely go through Eddie!!

Note there is currently construction going on in the neighborhood so morning coffee on the deck is not peaceful and the wifi is woefully inadequate (you would not be able to work remotely from here) but we enjoyed our stay and I would choose this property again.

Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two microwaves, a double stove and a full sized washer and dryer. Plus literally every utensil or pot or pan you would need! The only drawbacks were the wifi dropped a lot— which was due to all the people with smart devices and the parking was a little tight. There was construction going on every day rjght off the balcony, which could be a bit loud at times but we were usually out during day and by evening the work crews were gone. Had a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake right off the balcony too. Really no complaints about anything the owner of the property has control over. The house was very clean, the beds were soft and the air worked great—which was much needed in the hot temps. Thank you so much for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing for a large group. We were there celebrating our parents 50th anniversary, so it was important to find a place we would all fit. This was the place! It is so spacious and has everything you would need. We never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped ones we have rented. Book it...you won't be sorry!

The house was great the views were great everything was perfect except the construction that was going on with lumber stacked in front of the house making it alittle tight to park and listening to backhoes and pump trucks at 6 in the morning wasn’t what I had in mind since that’s what I do every day myself so at least I understood there reasoning for starting that early. This was a great house for our family of 14! It is so convenient to Silver Dollar City and removed the stress of sitting in traffic. The house had lots of room for us to spread out. The kids loved the arcade games and kid area upstairs. The house had everything we needed! We hope we can return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was sperfect for our four families (18 people ranging from 9 months to 62). Beautiful views! Well stocked kitchen! The two fridges was helpful as we cooked a lot. There were a few unfinished details like missing door handles but we know this property is new. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff and the property was not clean upon arrival. This prevented us from having full access until almost 8 pm instead of 4 which disrupted our dinner plans on the first night of the stay. However, we also were present during cleaning and were able to see how thoroughly they cleaned. After they left it was very clean!

Overall, great experience and wonderful house! One suggestion I have is I think the owner should consider changing their policy in regard to needing to change dates for circumstances outside of the renters control. A large portion of our group wasn’t able to come because of getting COVID shortly before we were scheduled to go and when I asked the owner if they would allow us to change dates we were just told no with no options other than purchasing insurance, which we weren’t able to do. I understand not giving us a refund, but switching to another date would have helped our family and we would have still rented through them. Because of this, only a portion of our family went on our family vacation because we had no choice. Thank you!

We had a little glitch getting in but our host took care of it quickly. The rooms were great and the eating/sitting area was perfect for the 19 of us. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. The view was spectacular as well. Looking forward to next year.
