Overall it was amazing!!

The condo was wonderful! Just as pictured and described. Silver Beach Towers was very nice. Appreciated the parking, the pools and the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo unit was spacious and clean and had awesome views of the gulf. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The resort was super nice with great pool and beach areas. We will definitely be back.

Great place by the ocean!

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay here. We are already looking at booking it again next year. The views from this room are unmatched. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning watching the dolphins and other sea life. This place is at the perfect location. We were easily 10min from everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked with stuff, the service was great, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were very nice. We loved our stay with Silver Beach Towers and plan to come back next year.

The location of the condo was ideal - steps away from the cleanest and prettiest part of the emerald coast. The condo itself was well laid out, lots of space for two couples. Showers were large, lovely hot water with great pressure. (bring your own Kleenex and spare toilet rolls). Towels were clean and good size. Kitchen was fantastic with a full fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher (needs a kettle). Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows (might be time to update the sheets). We didn't use the laundry but machines looked good. We didn't use the pool because it was a very cold weekend, but the pool area was lovely. Pools looked well taken care of and the hot tubs were being emptied and filled while we stayed. I didn't give a 5 star review because there was construction/drilling going on that was very loud. This would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is not the owners fault, but be aware that there is work being done.

Wonderful time, everything was perfect and we loved Destin. The cost of renting extra beach chairs was too high.

This condo was amazing! It was as advertised. It was clean, easy to check in and out and the condo was just perfect. The views were amazing! You could see the sunrise and sunset from the very spacious balcony. We would definitely stay here again and we will in the future!

We absolutely loved this condo ! Very clean and very comfortable beds! The only thing is the breakfast table had very wobbly legs. Thought it would break on us! I’m sure it’s an easy fix or replace! Other than that this place is a 5 star! We will definitely stay here again at 1205 West !

Great views. Could see dolphins swimming from our balcony seats. Comfortable beds. A few hiccups, but nothing that really impacted our stay.

I booked this condo for my family summer vacay. As a previous review stated, the photos of this condo are right on point. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The check in process went smoothly. We arrived after 8pm and obtained our welcome packed from the locker. The packet had everything we needed. The condo was clean (kudos to the cleaning team). The beds were comfortable and has the perfect size televisions. The view from the balcony is amazing!! The tower lobby was clean every day and there was really no wait for the elevators. The luggage cart and grocery carts were very helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to book this condo again next summer.

Check-In & Check-Out processes were so quick and easy. Property looks EXACTLY like the pictures. The views were amazing!!!!!! Would definitely recommend.

We arrived late at night and the check-in process was extremely easy compared to other places I have stayed. I drive a large SUV and the covered parking garage was spacious and the parking spaces were large and not too tight. The luggage carts were sturdy and plentiful. Or condo was very clean and well laid out. We loved the access to the balcony from both bedrooms. We were able to watch the sun rise and set from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and it was located near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The beds were comfortable and the linens were plentiful. The bathrooms were very nice, though the lighting in the guest bathroom could use some improvement. The only small snag was that we extended our stay an extra night and when we tried to get in the condo the door code that we were originally given didn't work. Luckily it was during business hours so we called and got the code re-set. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We had everything we needed. Was clean, beds were very comfortable and has a view to die for. The balcony was also clean with plenty of room. That’s where we spent 98% of our time. The only complaint we had was that we wished they had another safety device on the door to stop someone from entering. These days you can’t be too careful. We highly recommend 1205W as your choice to stay.

We have stayed at emerald towers and sun destin. Both were great. You overlook the quality of the condo because you are there for the view and location. But you dont realize how great of an experience you could have until you stay here. It doesnt feel like a rental. It looks and feels like it is owner-occupied and you are the first to ever stay there. The finishes are a level up. The layout has not one but two master suites with ocean views. The showers are tiled and massive. The jetted tub is similar to what we've seen at the ritz carlton. The balcony is deeper and bigger than the other places we've stayed. The parking is underground and assigned. The flooring is upgraded. The elevators dont require a 30min wait like sun destin. The pillows and mattresses are higher quality. The little things make it feel like a luxury hotel like beautifully folded towels and complimentary soaps and shampoo. There was a large cooler that came with the unit. We bought a smaller one and left it for future guests. This condo is worth every penny. Do not hesitate is you see this unit available!

As we entered the apt, my reaction was "we can live here". Bright, sunny, spectacular views from the 12th floor. Quiet and relaxing. The beds are foam with firm support. Had nice sleeping nights. Master bath very spacious. Kitchen is well stoked w appliances and utensils. There are extra beach chairs and a cooler. Acces to the beach is easy and the chairs and umbrella service very efficient. The sand is sugary white crunching under your steps. The water was great and we enjoyed sunny days with very calm water. We spent our days at the beach reading, swimming, walking and going out for dinner. Perfect!

Incredible stay. Property came as advertised, very clean. Would absolutely rent this condo again. Centrally located to everything that you could possibly want to do in Destin. Had an awesome vacation.

Although due to Covid my husband and I couldn’t go, our daughter and husband went and throughly enjoyed their stay at this property! Highly recommend it! Perfect location! Super clean! The owner is extremely helpful and accessible! We hope to get the chance to go there with our family again!

Condo was perfect. Beach service , Pool and spa were clean and very clean and well maintained property. Been coming to Destin for 30 years and this was one of the best Location is perfect , right on the beach with great views and close to everything. Access on to property was very easy, garage parking was easy and spacious. Look forward to staying here again soon.

We enjoyed our time very much in this beautiful unit. It was clean and quiet with the most beautiful views from all both bedrooms and the living room. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We were impressed how private and intimate the place is to help celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The condo is very clean and refreshing. The views are fantastic from all rooms. We were fortunate to have great weather and getting to our Beach chair rentals is very easy and short walk. We drove home feeling like we had a magical vacation. We thank you Kathy for helping make this a wonderful experience!

Everything you have read about this place and Kathy are all true. The condo is situated in front of a fantastic beach and could not have been more perfect for my group. Everything you would need for a stay at the beach. I can now report that the condo has a set of 4 martini glasses. Thank you Kathy for everything!

Great place. Great location. Very secure building. Condo very nicely decorated. View from all rooms was amazing. Large balcony, table and chairs for meals. We are dinner out there 4 nights of our 6 night stay. We loved having dinner in and looking at the view. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. Plenty of plates, glasses and wine glasses. We hated to come home. Definitely will book this condo again.

Overall experience was amazing! Thank you sharing your vacation home with us. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, not to mention, the perfect spot to watch the Destin sunrise and sunsets. The property was pristine! Check-in/out was very simple and the property manager was very efficient.

Kathy was a pleasure working with throughout the trip. The condo is very nice and clean. The location is convenient to everything you would want to do. We drove no further than a mile to get what we needed. Beach service was painless.. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Our first trip ever to Destin, my Husband, myself and our two kids (16 & 6) We absolutely loved the beach, the location and how easy and wonderful Kathy was to work with. We arrived shortly after Hurricane Sally. We had a few issues when we checked in but Kathy was on it and everything worked out great!!! The location and the View from the condo is amazing and absolutely beautiful! The condo was Fully stocked with everything we needed and some bonus items too! Destin has stolen our hearts and we can’t wait to return!!

If looking to visit Destin you can't beat this condo and this location. We weren't lucky with the weather but that happens and no one can be blamed for that. I couldn't reach the property manager for a small issue but the owners immediately did and had it resolved. Kathy and Dan were fantastic throughout the entire booking and I highly recommend this condo rental
