Fiesole is a great place to base a visit to Florence and the Roman Amphitheatre is a must visit. We were expecting to be able to walk to the centre and bus stop, but further than we anticipated and no pavement so need to drive to village and park in free car park 400m from the bus stop. Busses are regular and only €1.50 to city. Room was large and clean and breakfast adequate.

No comfy chairs in room or obvious lounge area. In warm and sunny conditions the outside areas and pool would make this less of an issue.

The hotel was as described. Clean and friendly. It was very quiet and in a beautiful location, with great views, about a mile from the village. Rooms were a decent size and very comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant with a personal touch. .

It was very secluded with a limited bus service and little information about the service. A problem, for those without transport, as the hotel only serves breakfast.

Lovely tranquil place. We only stayed one night so difficult to tell, but I’m not 100% sure it’s a place for young children - seemed like the guests were adults enjoying a relaxing holiday. Our room opened up onto the pool area which was amazing. Breakfast was fresh and very adequate. Would definitely visit again when children are older. Staff very helpful.

no soundproof rooms, you heard everything that is people doing in others rooms, uncomfortable specially if you are travelling with children, not a family hotel at all!

We loved the location, the beautiful views from the terrace and the swimming pool. We'd love to come back some time!

The hotel served our needs perfectly. The pool was wonderful after a long hot day in the city. The regular city bus from Florence to Fiesole was xonvenient. We could drive into town, park the car at a remote lot, and take the bus into Florence It was wonderfil to be on the hillside where it gets cooler at night!

We were not aware of how popular Fiesole is as a dinner destination for Firenzians, and we had difficulty finding parking when we would go into town for dinner. We were there in the first week of July, which may have also been a factor.

beautiful place with nice and helpful staff! really quiet and relaxing! cute garden with nice breakfast! we will come back :) recomment 100%! little town Fiosole is pretty and has nice restutants, just 3 stops from the bus right outside of the hotel!

The pool area had lots of chairs and sun beds for relaxation. A good reliable bus service into Fiesole village. After a day place in busy Florence or a hike/bike ride, it’s a good place to relax in a peaceful locations.

2nd time staying in 2 years. Wonderful location close enough to the city to get in and out yet escape to the tranquility of Fiesole.

First holiday after 2 years ( Covid). It feels very good to stay in this hotel: very good measures about Covid and a very sympathetic owner. Perfect stay with parking, swimmingpool, terrace. We will come back from Holland!

It was empty due to Covid so did not get a eel for meal times. Very accommodating. Breakfast needs good cereals, brown bread and fresh fruit please but there were good choices.
