Specially outside have some trees, look like garden it’s so beautiful.

The interior of the property was very beautiful, but the balcony outside the property would have been more beautiful, if it had been painted a little bit thanks.

Great location, close to amenities and a lovely quiet site, caravan felt homely and was pet friendly. Close to the bus stop if you wanted to go to fantasy island or Skegness.

The caravan was lovely and clean. It had everything you could need and more, the barista style coffee maker was an added bonus. The beds were comfy giving us a great night's sleep.

Really pleased, little touches were nice and handy things to use, which if they were not there we would had to buy ,nice and homely atmosphere very welcoming

Spacious inside looked nice from out side.

Was full of dust and cobwebs.. Dust all in the cupboards, hung clean clothes in with out realising tryed to clean them out with anti bacterial wipes. ( as nothing to clean the dust out with.) but it was to late out clean clothes felt itchy when we tried to ware them....there was dust cobwebs everywhere even in the living areas. All the soft furnishings needed cleaning. when And the sofa need a steamer clean as again it was itchy when sitting on them. All the cushion covers needed a good wash to. The beds was uncomfortable. The van shouldn't have been let out in that condition in was a total mess. We came home a day early to as we couldn't cope with the van anymore. You go on holiday to have break not to clean someone else's carvan. So we left how we found it. It shouldn't have been let out in that condition.

Very quiet and well run , tidy site. Caravan clean and cosy with everything you would need. Very close to all Ingoldmells has to offer

Sofa's were comfy but a bit low for some of the party
