The room (and generally the hotel) looked a bit run-down. We have the idea the place needs some renovation

The quality of the buffet food was poor. The scrambled eggs were ice cold and the bacon wasn’t cooked at all!! This is a coastal property with a small boardwalk.

The hotel needs desperately to be renovated to ensure the 4 Star standards as it claims to have. My family of 5 were given a family room which was a room for 2 adults that had a sitting area. The hotel management place 2 extras beds in the room and made the sofa into a bed.

The room was very small but had a terrace. I had booked the largest room available 30sq metre + a balcony but I didn't realise that the balance size must have been included in the 30sq metre

Would have loved to have a tea or coffee making facility in the room

The staff were very helpful as I made the booking for 24th May to stay for 1 night only ..but I changed the date for a day earlier Monday 23rd May at 1am (checked out Tuesday 24th May)...on the morning as arrived after 1am the night and the staff were helpful in arranging the room for my partner who arrived for 1 night only

right off the beach! felt like a first class hotel at an amazing price. staff was very kind and accommodating even for unique needs. TOTALLY recommend

we had 3 rooms booked and only 2 rooms available when we arrived, with no alternative options given by the hotel. Rooms are dated and bathroom very small

A hotel in need of an upgrade very poor Wi-Fi and dated decor and rooms.

The staff but the hotel was not a 4 star sorry… rooms small, not clean, limited toiletries, very run down and old, room to hot windows can’t open.
