The place was perfect i liked everything and i highly recommend it. The WiFi was fast the room was very clean, Netflix was also available as they advertised and everything else they advertised was there.

The host(owner)and the caretaker are just awesome !A Very safe place to stay . 🙏 This will always be my home when in Uganda . Am settled. And for anyone looking for a place to stay this is home and away .

1. The customer service was excellent. Justin was very professional and kind. 2. The room was modest and very clean and fully equipped. The maid service was great. 3. The WIFI was good. It worked 98% of the time. Only an hour or so in the evenings on an occasion the WIFI had issues. 4. The location was good. Not extremely far from Acacia Mall and other grocery shopping stores. 5. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe there.

Truly not much to complain about. I would suggest however a new mattress. The existing one is a bit worn.

The location is quiet and somewhat peaceful. The owner of the establishment is very friendly and extremely helpful. Everything I needed, I was able to get by simply speaking to the caretaker.

Perhaps there can be a few helpful phone numbers provided on arrival for instance a reliable boda boda guy, a cab guy etc.
