Great Property

Great condo that we used during a work conference as well as some personal downtime. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views of the Gulf and Beaches from the fifth floor. Great outdoor covered porch/lanai with nice table, chairs, and loungers. Enjoyed the large outdoor pool and it was great having restrooms located at the pool. Windward Pointe is a very nice complex.

Description was just right. Had no issues with anything. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. Very clean upon arrival. Great place right on the gulf front. Easy walk to beach.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Windward Point 502. While the condo is an older unit, it was tastefully furnished and very clean. We enjoyed most of our meals on the large and nicely furnished balcony watching the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances. There was nothing that we needed that the owners had not thought to provide: extra blankets and pillows and even beach towels. The security staff and the beach chair rental company were both very friendly and accommodating as one of our guests had to use a scooter and a sand wheelchair. We would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect for our family spring break! Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Great deck furniture with an amazing view of the ocean! Pool area was perfect for kids and a great spot for grilling and eating dinner with friends. The beach was clean and the white sand was gorgeous. On the morning of our departure, there was a very destructive hailstorm that destroyed our rental car. They allowed us to stay an extra few hours after check out to make new arrangements for travel. So thoughtful and accommodating. We really appreciated it! We would definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Home is very clean and it looks just as advertised. Dorenda (the owner) provided beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. Dorenda is also very responsive to messages and questions. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

This condo was perfect for our family of six (kids ages 7, 10, 13, 15). We were in town for a club soccer tournament and wish we had longer to stay and more time at the beach. Tropical Storm Sally was threatening while we were here and was literally rolling in as we left. Perfect timing! The 5th floor was a perfect level. We had everything we needed, and the kids loved the beach supply closet on the balcony. The balcony itself was large...much more so than any other place we have stayed. Dorenda was very gracious and accommodating. She even offered to bring more games over when it appeared it might rain the whole weekend. Thankfully we avoided rain all weekend except for one shower. Dorenda also offered to come by and get all our plastic recyclables since there is nowhere to leave those items at the condo. We didn’t do anything while in town other than play soccer and go to the beach, but it appears this condo is in a perfect location for numerous other activities to enjoy. Since we came in the off season it was not crowded, which is a must for my husband to agree to a beach trip. Ha! All of us in our family are not beach lovers like me, and we usually rent/prefer a house over a condo, but everyone agreed we would like to come back to this location!

Great floor plan, very spacious, and super clean.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for and the balcony was spectacular! Dorenda is quick to respond to any questions. And goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay . We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our time and our hosts were awesome! Will come again for sure!

Everything was good and we enjoyed it

Amazing view! My family and I had a great time and felt at home while staying here. Dorenda was amazing and so kind. My 3 year old locked the cabinet of beach/pool toys after a trip to the beach. She brought extra beach chairs and toys to us within an hour. We don’t normally vacation in the same place twice but we have all agreed that is over. We are looking forward to coming back next summer for a longer visit.

Dorenda was extremely flexible. We booked the property pre covid, when covid hit she offered us multiple options with out us asking, we could even cancel upto the day before check in and get a full refund. Dorenda sent a few text while we were there to make sure we were happy, and even offered tips on some fun thing to do.

We had agreat vacation at Beach Blessing. The room was very clean and super nice. It had everything available that you could possibly need including beach toys, chairs and an umbrella( never have had these supplied before). If you are considering staying here, you won't be disappointed. The owner is very nice and checked with me several times to make sure everything was satisfactory and give me suggestions on restaurants and attractions. Overall, we were very pleased.

Location was great with a beautiful view of the beach! The owner was very attentive to our needs. Great value for the price. There were beach toys, beach umbrella and boogie boards for our use that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Easy access to a variety of restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores.

Dorenda was fabulous!!! Great communication before, during and after our stay. The property is well kept and provided everything needed for the perfect vacation. Location was close to the beach and pool. Amazing balcony with the perfect view of the ocean. We saw dolphins every day! Would love to come back again!

I don't know know where to begin. The property is everything that it is advertised as. Clean, comfortable, safe, fashionable, "child-proof" and convenient to everything. The views were spectacular. The owner offers suggestions on where to eat, shop, worship as well as things to do on a rainy day (we didn't need those!). She is the epitome of "Southern Hospitality". She even brought us a 2nd high chair so my grandson could eat in comfort. My family and I felt like we were staying at a friend's home. We are already looking forward to a return visit next year.

There was plenty of room for our family of 3 adults and 4 kids. The condo was very clean. It was right on the beach as promised. We could see our kids at the pool and beach. The large patio was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. I even asked if she had a crockpot, if not I could bring mine. She placed a brand-new one in the unit before our stay! Can't beat that! Dorenda was quick to respond and very easy to do business with. We loved this condo and you will too! Can't wait for our next visit!

Stayed for an impromptu Spring Break vaca with our 3 children. Owners were very accommodating in our payment arrangements. Very pleasant to deal with. Accommodations were clean and kitchen was well stocked. Conveniently located near grocery stops and restaurants. Beach was quiet, and well groomed. Will definitely be back.
