The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. We had a wonderful stay. The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. Otherwise, it is a great location if you want to walk to the beach.

The house was very nice and had bikes and pool and beach items. Pool could not be used until day 4 of trip. Oven door would not stay shut , so until the manager got a bar to stick on it it couldn’t be used. There was nowhere to put groceries and most of the closets were locked for the owner’s stuff. Comfortable though and nicely decorated.

There was not towels in one of the bathrooms, so we bought some from Walmart. The kitchen was missing some normal cooking items - mixing spoons, kitchen towels, platters. We picked these items up at Walmart. Other than that, we loved it!

We spent a week at this rental and really enjoyed it. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. I can’t wait to return!

Everything was great. Love the area and everything about it. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We have stayed at cinnamon Beach 3 times now, twice in the condos and once in serendipity. The house was amazing and has an elevator that isn't listed. There are Beach chairs, floats, wake boards, wagon, and other Beach toys in the garage. There are also plenty of other games located in the house. Bring your family and be ready to have a blast.

Appreciated the bikes, bodyboards, and pool toys too!I would definitely recommend the property without hesitation. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow visitors to heat the hot tub. If you are looking for "owners closets" this is the place for you. Six "owners closets" located in all the most convenient places through out the home. I can't quite describe how unsettling it is to have all the pictures of the father who passed on, located through out the home. I'm there on vacation and have paid thousands of dollars. I would not say this home is worth the money being asked. There are better homes with much better value. Oh and get the mold on the 3rd floor ceiling looked at before it gets any worse.

The beaches here are not crowded like other beaches so I love and hate to give this review because I want to keep it that way. We stayed at the house for 10 magical days and neither of our two families wanted to leave. There were tears in our eyes as we drove back home.
The house and the pool were perfect and I loved how private the pool was being on the corner lot. The elevator is super helpful in getting grocery’s and stuff all the way upstairs.
We will definitely be back at this beach and this property next year!

The home is very spacious and works great for us with 3 master suites and a 4th bedroom for the kids. The price is reasonable and it is an easy walk to the beach. The beach is never crowded since it is in a private gated community. Coming home to a private pool at the end of a hot day on the beach is great. The elevator is a welcome edition, especially when moving in and out and for bringing up groceries. Cinnamon Beach Vacations has always been very responsive to our needs.

The elevator also proved to be very useful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. I hosted a family reunion and heard nothing but praise regarding the house. However, our reunion was planned for a week in the Serendipity home located on Cinnamon Beach, Palm Coast, Florida. A location even our Floridian family had never heard of. Much to our surprise Cinnamon Beach exceeded all of our expectations! The four-bedroom six bathroom, three levels home was fabulous. The five outdoor area patios provided plenty of space to come together in conversation , escape in solitude, and of course cheer and laughter. Having a pool right at the home was certainly an added bonus for everyone. The convenience of having the beach only steps away was also appreciated for both the young and old. Our journeys away from the home where made simple and short by the location in of it's self. Saint Augustine, Flagler Beach, and of course Publix grocery store all just minutes away.

The home itself was decorated beautifully, the beds very comfortable and the air-conditioning glorious! One hiccup upon arrival (the elevator was not operational) was quickly addressed by the management staff within only a few hours. If there's one thing I would give constructive criticism about --it would be the lack of a recycling container and possibly a second trash can --as when large families come together both are a necessity.

I was concerned with all of the stairs but was thrilled to discover there is an elevator which I didn't see noted in the property description. It is only a short walk to the beach.
