We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We were travelling with 6 adults and 4 young children. Both indoor and outdoor spaces perfectly fit our needs. The host even went above and beyond to have an Xmas tree there since it was over Christmas. We’d definitely choose this property for future Palm Springs trip!

We had the best experience staying here. My entire family met up to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had every amenity you could possibly want for a fun family weekend with kids or a getaway with a group of friends. The backyard was like being at a resort and had several shady areas to lounge around, a great pool and hot tub, mini golf, a playground for the kids, and a bbq/bar area. The air-conditioned garage was a great place for all of us to have fun at night without having to worry about waking my baby who was sleeping on the other side of the house in the master bedroom. Some of us played cards at the card table while others played darts, ping pong, pool, and air hockey. We could all be together but doing a variety of activities. In addition to the house being way better than we could have expected, the owner, Albert, was so incredibly kind and communicative. He went above and beyond with his hospitality. I promise the pictures don't do this place justice. You're going to have an incredible time here. Thank you so much, Albert!

We have stayed in Palm Springs about 7 or more times and we have to say that this is the best stay we have ever had. There were 10 of us staying (2 grandparents, 4 adults and 4 children under 12). The pool was warm and clean, the playground was clean and safe, and the house was warm, beautiful, inviting and clean overall. The game room is amazing! Everything looked new ans clean. Albert was such a great host - he even got us a small Christmas tree because our kids were spending Christmas away from home. He was so accomodating of all of our questions and needs, was patient with us and we felt very cared for. Everything was thwre for us from dishes, soap, towels, blankets, tvs, appliances, bbq was available. Lots of eating and sitting spaces outside and indoors. Thank you so much Albert for such a great experience. We hope to stay here again soon.

We only had 48 hours to reunite with our LA family having flown in from the East Coast for work earlier in our visit to CA. But it was all we hoped for in a VRBO and a most attentive, Albert was always at the ready to answer questions. It’s a darling house! Very walkable neighborhood. The putting green and pool/jacuzzi were hits with everyone. The master shower was fabulous. The only thing I may have wished for would have been better pillows (at least that’s my response to those in the king bedded room). Thank you, Albert for a wonderful visit!

Albert was quick at responding to all of my questions and accommodating our group over the weekend. The house was beautiful including the Mountain Views. We would definitely recommend for a group! Would love to stay again. It had everything we needed and more.

The pool was perfection and we really enjoyed it - love that it's in shade so we didn't worry about burning. Nice gameroom, and more spacious than pictures indicated. That first airplane over the house was a bit alarming, but we got used to it fast - nice quiet neighborhood otherwise. Thanks for a nice getaway.

Great property, very clean and the location is within a few minutes of downtown. The pool was heated and very comfortable. Game room was fun for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked and the host provided coffee which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Palm Springs for our friends wedding, and the groom's party was able to use the space to get ready for the ceremony. Albert was an extremely responsive host and I would absolutely stay at the place again. Only downside was that the pool was too cold when we first arrived, but we were able to warm it up shortly after!

This house is perfect for a multigenerational family vacation. We had some breezy evenings and then enjoyed the the game room which is appealing for all ages. The house has TVs in every bedroom, outside and the game room. The backyard has plenty of shade and lounge areas, with a swing set for the kids. We used the gas BBQ but they also had charcoal and fuel for a hibachi. The house had many amenities including well stocked kitchen with spices, keurig coffee machine and a high chair. The living and dining areas are spacious. Master bathroom included a large dual shower with body sprays! The host was extremely accommodating and responsive...including a special message to tell us the house was available for early check in. Would come back anytime.

This is a hidden gem! I would definitely recommend. The property was so much fun! Super clean, lots of space, and great amenities. The landlord thought of everything and provided lots of “perks” to make this place special. The backyard feels like a resort and the game room is super fun. Definitely recommend!
