The property is recently remodeled and everything is fresh and clean. The place was spotless! There are a few casual beach restaurants in walking distance and many more just a short Uber ride away. Street parking is nearly impossible to find in this area, but the one included parking spot easily fit our rental SUV. The front patio is large and relaxing. Communication with Lacy was always very prompt. We only cooked breakfast in the unit, but appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils were good quality and complete. It's a cozy place but furniture selection works well.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very nicely furnished for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 8-13. Everything was provided, right down to the beach towels. The location to everything we wanted to do was very good. The parking was very tight. It was a shared space with the upstairs renters and we had a bit of an issue getting into our space when they were parked crooked in their space. I would have given this a five star review overall but with the renters being upstairs, it was like being in a hotel. We heard every flush of the toilet and every step they took. Not a big deal while we were up and about because we were busy ourselves, but when we were trying to get to sleep, it was a little annoying. We enjoyed our San Diego stay and look forward to a return trip!

Our stay was so amazing! The owner thought about everything from Beach equipment,towels,on site laundry we literally didn’t need most of the things we thought we needed as they already had them. The ease of check in was awesome with great directions of where to park and how to get there. We walked to the boardwalk and the beach almost everyday it’s just across the street and so close to great restaurants. Usually I can think of a few things that I wish a place had but they have everything you could possibly need. This place is updated so nicely with such a homely feel! We will most definitely stay here again next time.

This home is exactly as described! Super convenient location between bay and ocean. Parking is a dream (a beach rarity). Beds very comfy, bathrooms good, washer/dryer new, couch delightfully comfortable, beach towels included, and the entire unit is serviced by a/c (also rare at the beach). and THE best property manager EVER - Lacy rocks her property mgmt!!!

This was the perfect place for us! Plenty of room, newly updated, great patio, close to everything and great host! One block to the bay and two blocks to the beach, this house is perfectly located in Mission Beach. Lacy was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great condo in a great location. Pictures are accurate. Nicely updated with many thoughtful details. We were disappointed by the excessive amount of flies on the patio. We partly chose this property for the outdoor space. But there were so many flies that we couldn't enjoy sitting out there. This seems to be an issue in the area as they did have a couple fly "traps" out there. They also flew into the property often despite our attempts to rush in and shut the door. So, I'm not sure that there is anything else that could be done about this. But, I wanted to give a heads up in case you are booking with the outdoor space in mind.

This is a great home and look forward to renting again! We had 4 in our group and it fit us perfectly with room to spare. Super clean, large patio, very well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Located close to lots of restaurants around Belmont and east walk our bike ride for more eating / drinking options. Quiet at night and can see fire works at Sea World. We’ve been going to Mission for 7 years and it was a top rated house for us!

Great location! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The closed in patio was perfect for my little ones to play in and the fire pit table was an awesome way to end the evening

My wife, son (12) and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of June. The property was nice, the owner responsive and the location within walking distance to the bay, ocean, restaurants, Belmont Park, etc.

We came for a quick beach getaway to escape the AZ heat. Great location, loved the bay side for my toddler son, looking forward to booking the same location again in the future!

The property was great. Easy access to the beach and bay, which we loved. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The cottage was clean, well furnished and the kitchen was good, as well.

Listing is everything and more! Spacious three bedroom and a great location. Everything you could possibly need already in house. No need to run to store to get coffee on the first morning it’s there ready for you. I’ll definitely stay again on my next trip to mission beach!

Great location - one block from Mission Beach, and one block in the other direction to Mission Bay. Great property if you like to walk the beach front; lots of nearby coffee shops & restaurants. Be careful of the parking spot as it's tight. The upstairs tenants can be a bit loud at times with footsteps. The property doesn't have closet spaces, but plenty of hangars & hooks. Will gladly return!

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The beach was a five minute walk which was perfect when we needed to go back for naps. Some yummy restaurants were just down the street as well as a delicious Gelato place. There was also a park within walking distance that was great for our 7 year old and our toddler twins.

Being from the Midwest, we wanted to do it all, the beach, fishing, museums, USS Midway, La Jolla, Coronado - it was a great place to go back to after long days. Thank you!
