La ubicación es muy buena tanto para ir al centro como para visitar el Oceanografic. Te permite también ir al puerto y la playa en apenas 30 minutos dando un paseo. El servicio ha sido también muy bueno, te obsequian con agua y té que reponen diariamente, además de todo tipo de artículos de baño (kit afeitado, kit dental, peine, artículos de higiene, etc) Muy amables los trabajadores. Asimismo la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, y todo de calidad. Un baño amplio y la habitación de grandes dimensiones también, con armario empotrado y escritorio

El primer día el baño tenía un olor como a desagüe, lo dejamos anotado en el papel de valoración y el segundo día tras la limpieza de la habitación lo encontramos solucionado. Casualmente al tercer día, el olor volvió al cuarto de baño y tuvimos que tenerlo con la puerta cerrada toda la noche. Además de las 3 noches, la primera nos despertó un pitido o alarma a las 3-4 de la madrugada y la última noche también nos despertó una alarma de otra habitación a las 2 y media de la madrugada, por lo que la insonorización es bastante mala para un 4*

Habitación amplia, cama cómoda y buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando hasta el centro a unos 20 minutos.

Esperas más de un hotel de 4 estrellas, el hotel es antiguo, muebles estropeados y cortinas rasgadas, nos quedamos con el pomo del baño en la mano nada más llegar, la puerta no cerraba bien, las instalaciones son simplemente correctas.

The hotel was very tired and over due a makeover. Pool area extremely poor, fake grass, and a garden shed for a pool bar. Certainly not 4 star.

Hotel is nice, modern, room spacious, comfortable and clean. Air condition worked great, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious. At the breakfast there was crowd of people but it was enough food. Breakfast was delicious with lot's of choices – great coffee, tea, honey, jam, butter, grilled vegetable, fresh bread, eggs, cheese, lots of fruit, deserts and much more. There were free public parking spaces around hotel. There is possible to walk in from center to the hotel.

The staff is super!!!!. Trying to help all the time. They were empathic with all the needs and always with a smile. Everyone!!!!

Maybe need to adapt some facilities to people with movement restrictions. MUST SAY THE STAFF HELPED ALL THE TIME TO MINIMIZE THIS.

The Hotel was well situated in Valencia. Easy to go by bus to City Centre and the beach.

discovered that the air conditioning only works on ‘heat’ not ‘cool’ so room was hot and stuffy. front desk staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming. also made a request for some more tissues as we had run out (I think there was only about 6 in the box when we checked in) and never received them.

The bed was old and uncomfortable, A LOT of noise from outside which was so annoying during the night! We missed an event because the staff couldn't arrange suitable transportation for us!

The bedroom was quite large.

Because of the disfunctional airconditioning, this hotel is only suiteable for scandanavian people who adore a sauna climate. However, the sewer smell from the toilet all through the hotel room, provided by the airconditioning system, isn’t appealing for anyone.

Location was good

Room were small. Iron board for the room wasn’t available. Bathroom were old.

The hotels have paid underground parking. BUT !!! be ready that your car will be robbed there:-(. The staff and the hotel will not monitor the safety of your belongings and the car there at all. We stopped at the hotel, at night the car was robbed at the hotel and everything that was in it was taken away. The hotel administrator said that he could not help in any way and in the morning we need to contact the police yourself. This is the first time I've encountered this, it's just a terrible hotel.

The room was big, the bathroom was huge. Extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good bus connection with the train station. 15 minutes walk from the Valencia Aquarium. 2 minutes from Turia.

I forgot my reading glasses in the room. It was impossible to reach the hotel either by email, phone or through booking.com. It was sorted out only when I called in to the hotel personally 3 days later and asked the receptionist to take a look at the room again.

The level of housekeeping service was really satisfying; Water refill every day of the stay; Very nice and helpful woman at reception.

AC unavailable in the winter season, only heating available, while it’s impossible to stand the temperature in the night in the room even with open window in January; No tea/coffee amenities in the room.
