We take our family vacation to OC every summer and this was one of the best! We loved the location, the house was prefect, and we would definitely rent again! It had everything we needed, the ice cream shop next door was a hit, and it was 2 blocks from the beach. Everything was great!

It’s always a fun time in OCNJ, regardless of weather! The location of the house was great and the large front porch was perfect. It was nice to have games available for the family to play as well as TVs in every room. There were a few minor issues here and there that comes with normal wear and tear on a rental property that could use attention: broken chairs, torn outside cushions, bathroom tubs that don’t drain, washing machine with a mold smell, and visible mold around the rubber ring, and a dishwasher that leaks and constantly needing to fix the rubber stopper around the perimeter of the dishwasher. It was nice that we did not need to bring our own beach chairs as there were ample for us to choose from. It was also nice to have beach carts however one of the carts needs to be replaced. While having the bikes were nice touch many if not all are in need of repair and were unusable. Lastly, while it did say on the counter that there was a gift for us there was no gift left. The thought and intention was there though. It would’ve been great if the gift was beach tags! I would advise having a recycling receptacle outside for just your unit. When we arrived, we needed to remove all of the recycling from plastic bags from the previous tenants. Plus, sharing recycling bin with both the upstairs unit and the downstairs unit creates for a very quick overflow. Overall, this home is a beautiful home and the location to local shops, the beach, and the boardwalk cannot be beat!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful property. Walking distance to everything you’d need. Check in process and communication were excellent. The 3.5 bathrooms, bikes and beach chairs are great perks. Kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook meals. The front porch was a great place to hang out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the weather. We loved the Island Grill and Oves for dinner. Also the breakfast spot on 4th has great sandwiches and drinks. Overall this is an amazing property and definitely worth booking.

The house was absolutely perfect for our large family. It was well appointed, super clean, and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. The location was absolutely perfect!!! It was a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk, AND was also within walking distance to all of the awesome shops on Asbury… not to mention, there was a great ice cream shop just two doors down and two different coffee shops only a block away! The check in process was also easy and convenient and the front porch was delightful!! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved staying at this house! It's very clean, organized, quite roomy, and has so many wonderful amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample space for groceries and anything else you bring along. Provided in the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, and beach toys. We have 3 young children and the walk to the beach from here is not bad at all. The front porch is a great place to relax. Annie's ice cream two doors down is a great treat, too! The owner is responsive and friendly! Great choice for your stay in OCNJ!

The first red flag was a snippy retort when I asked the owner a question and was directed to her website. On arrival at the house I received an email with the code at approximately 1:10pm. Checking is at 3pm. Our grandsons needed to use the bathroom. I received a text from Jennifer to call her. “I need you to vacate the property immediately.” Was an extra hour and a half out of the question? We were renting for a week. I assume hospitality is included in the rent. Apparently not. The house was beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities were accurate However it’s a quarter mile walk to the beach and that’s being generous. Also slightly deceiving is you are not renting the entire house. Upstairs is another owner.Thank you, Ed you are a fantastic property manager. Jennifer, I assume you are not a customer service person.
